Went to return it the following day and they refused to exchange or give me my money back due to it being "over used" when I had bought it the previous day? Mind you, not everyone is a "hat" expert and doesn't know what size to buy or different types of fitting. I was told the hat I bought was too used to return but I proceeded to show them hats even dirtier that they were selling at full price in the store. They said it wasn't their problem and one of the employees even stated she "hated her job" and couldn't care. Jonathan the "manager" was completely unprofessional and was not willing to give us any cooperate information to contact and refused to acknowledge the disgusting hats being sold. I was told I would have no luck getting my money back anywhere neither with lids or the cooperate once I was given the information after 20minutes. At the end I got my money back in full despite them laughing at me and my dad in front of customers and my family. Beyond disgusted with all the employees at lids and managers. I learned this by chance when we arrived back to Tubac to find both bike tires flat as tortillas. The idea of hauling them to Tucson was enough to ruin a perfectly good day, so I did a quick search and--hallelujah--found Peter's shop just three miles away. Two hours later, both bikes were tuned, revived, and ready to roll. Hero Status Awarded!
