I ran to the Famous Footwear located at 6401 W Tucson Premium Outlets, Marana Center Blvd, Suite#…read more837, Tucson, AZ 85742 because I had to return some shoes I purchased from Famous Footwear online and hopefully find another pair, since mine had recently torn. After working since 6 A.M., I looked down at the clock and I realized they would be closing soon and ran out the door and figured I would have to finish when I got home. I made it with just over 20 minutes to spare before they closed on Christmas Eve, which should have been plenty of time to find a new pair. IF I would have been able to do my shopping in peace without being harassed and attacked by the manager, Joanna, and another associate, Drea.    When I walked in, it was 5:38 pm (I know this because I had just hung up with my husband who was re-parking) and was standing in line to see if I needed to or was allowed to leave my bags at the front. I was waiting patiently when the manager comes scurrying over from the back and very confrontationally says to me, "We close in ten minutes. You know, we would like to get home to our families after working 13 hours and having to cater to you people all day." I told her that I just needed to return an order I placed online really quickly and try and find another pair because mine had broken and were about to be unwearable. She then reiterated her previous statement and very rudely informed me again that they had families that they would like to get home to and that I had 10 minutes, so I better make it quick and to go ahead and leave the bags.    I looked at the time since I still had my phone in my hand, it was 5:40.    I placed my bags down upfront behind the counter and headed over to the clearance real quick to hopefully expedite my search. With the manager close behind, I started looking at some shoes. I realize that the manager is uncomfortably close to me and was seeming to be very interested in what I was looking at when she asks me through gritted teeth with her seething tone, "Can I help you find something?? What size do you need or what are you looking for so we can get you out of here quicker and we can go home to our families." Mind you, she is so close to me that if I were to have bent over without moving first, I have no doubt her head would have literally been up my rear. I politely said "no, thank you. I don't need any help" and was hoping she would go away and leave me to find some shoes in peace. No such luck of course because she was still right on my heels, no matter what move I made, with her commentary, all while hovering, being nasty, rude and unprofessional.    As if the holidays weren't hard enough for me this year, after about the fifth time of her stating that she had to work 13 hours that day catering to "you people" and the fact that they wanted to go be with their families (which I took offense to because of the tone she she had while making the statement and the attitude she had while doing so), I finally had enough of the hostility and her verbal attacks and unprovoked aggressive behavior. I said, "You know, for someone who works in a retail field it might do you some good to try and put yourself in other people's shoes and realize that you're not the only person who worked all day today, as a matter of fact I still have to go home and finish working. Furthermore, not all of us are as fortunate as you to have family to spend the holidays with. I lost my mom earlier this year and now I don't get to go see my family, which has been extra hard on me as well. So before you start attacking people and making assumptions, you might benefit from thinking about that for a second."   Without skipping a beat she starts in on me again. This time speaking more loudly that it wasn't her problem that my mom died or that I don't get to see my family and it wasn't her fault that I had to go finish working but I needed to hurry up so they could go be with their families. She was still practically yelling at me when I interrupted her hateful yammering and said, "Well if you would leave me the hell alone I could actually look at shoes really quick and get out of here so you can go do that."    At this point Drea, the other rude associate, comes over and now they're both yelling at me and Drea finishes up her verbal assault with, "and maybe you should do what your shirt says." I was wearing an Assholes live Forever hoodie that says "Don't be a Cunt." I stood up and turned around to face both of them at this point and said, "you know what sweetheart, I've got news for you. The only people who need to follow what this says (pointing at my hoodie) are the two of you (pointing at them). I'd have probably been out of here already if I didn't have someone up my ass the whole time." I paused for a breath and they started in again.    At this point I'm about in tears and go around  the aisle so I can get away from these two awful humans to return to the front and advised the associate that since I am evide
