So I went into Walgreens to buy some diapers on top of some other stuff and I bought a box of 66 count of size 4 and I noticed they had it for $28.99 on sale and I went to purchase but they charged me $33.99. So I realized they overcharged me and I said hey I think this is wrong and they asked me if I clipped it on the app and I did but I didn't have time to fool around over 5$ so I ended up having to leave so I recommend to everyone else reading this if you aren't good with using the Walgreens app to go somewhere else to shop because that didn't make any sense to me, if a price says something you need to honor it. That will be the last time I ever buy stuff at Walgreens.

Placing customer's lives at risk! For the past 2 months Walgreen's pharmacy has been more than…read morenegligent in handling their customer prescription request. I had ordered my blood pressure meds, paid for it and requested delivery. It was never delivered! I had to get someone to drive me to pick it up (I am homebound) a week later. I called each day and was told it would be delivered that day. This is only 1 of many problems I've faced with Walgreen's. Things such as not filling prescriptions at all and not being able to reach them by phone. If you use Walgreen's pharmacy, I suggest moving your pharmacy to one of the other pharmacies available in the area before you become a victim of Walgreen's apathy!

The first aid items are extensive and they have a large health and beauty area. They also have a small household supply area and school and office area. The customer service was great I had two different staff members took me directly to the item I was looking for. When the line started to get long they called someone up to the front right away. Just remember it's about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. I really try to look them in the eye when I'm checking out and tell them I appreciate the work they're doing. It's a small thing but I try to be kind and appreciative each time .

The head of security aggressively confronted my 11 year old daughter and myself upon entering the…read morestore . He did not identify himself and was not wearing a Walmart name tag or any Walmart clothing. He looked like a crazed displaced and unhoused person !!! He was angry that we bought a legitmite grocery shopping bag into the store, it was a carry bag. He spoke angrily and aggressively to us and told us to take the bag out of "his" store and put it back in out car. I returned home and looked at the Walmart website which stated ( in highlight ) that Walmart encourages its customers to "bring their own reusable bags ! The treatment we received from Walmart that day was disgraceful and we had just entered the store having done nothing wrong ! A security employee later informed us that we had been confronted by the security manager and that the security manager was bipolor. The security manager had probably confronted us during one of hie bipolor episodes. My daughter was certainly scared and afraid for her safety during this bizarre attack !
