I just had an extremely positive interaction with CMI. Today I called them and when I explained I was from out of town but was looking for a digital copy that they had on file the receptionist was unable to find it. But she took my name and number and said she would get back with me (uh huh--I've heard that line before). Within 15 minutes she called me back to clarify exactly what I was looking for and she found it!!! She emailed it to me and I was absolutely blown away with her follow through! Took some SD cards to have put on DVD way before Christmas for a gift to my kids, finally I got them on USBs which is okay about two weeks after Christma! Then they said they could transfer the pictures and video off two old phones I had and put them on USBs it had been about a month since I dropped it off. I checked on it two days ago they said it would be ready yesterday, I went in today and they handed me the stuff I brought in and said they couldn't do iit. I'll never do any business there again! read more

Let me start off by saying I should have spoke up about the color of the wrap when I was sent the proof but I honestly thought the color was just to show the contrast, because I asked for dark grey and white and even showed an example but I received black and white. The quality is what is more concerning. I have a vehicle that's has been wrapped by another business and no relief cuts are visible and you can't even tell it's wrapped. This however is different. EVERY relief cut shows. And it's white therefore the dirt collects and shows. I was charged $120 for something completely different than what I asked for and crappy quality. They say shop local and support local small businesses but when you can't get the quality then you have no choice but to go out of town. My money was wasted and I didn't even get a half quality product. The convenience of being in town is not worth it. read more

AMAZING!!! CMI took my idea and made it WAY BETTER than I even imagined! For our community's 9/11 Tower Challenge, I wanted each participant to have a badge and a lanyard with the picture and information of one of the fallen first responders from the Twin Towers. I needed over 400, and each needed to be different. Debi designed them and they looked amazing! Super professional quality, and definitely the hit of the Climb. Participants were all shocked when we told them they got to keep them! CMI was so good to work with. They made my vision a reality and did it effortlessly. Use them! These guys also have a side business they run out of this place that is fixed assets software, and its a great program. These guys know what they are doing and have been doing it forever. They are the leaders in the industry for sure. I have personally used this software and if you have any need for fixed assets software, there is not another company that will take better care of you. Cool to see companies like this come out of small little obscure towns. read more
