Called today and Marley stated that actually 2 months payment had to be charged. Of course there was the obligatory "sorry for the confusion" and "the new girl must have miscommunicated." No believable sincerity. Good customer service should have people providing true and accurate information and transparency. Sorry Hydra Pest, you did not make the grade on this.

Computers for repair…read more The printer had seen heavy usage over the years, and was recently fouled up beyond hope by off-brand, re-manufactured cartridges. They told me up-front that the likely-hood of restoring the aged and abused machine was pretty slim. For only a standard, 1 hour service charge, my printer was returned in pristine operating condition. Even glossy photo prints are superb. I also got an ear-full of advice on how to properly maintain it in the future, to prolong its life. (No charge for the advice) This was my second experience with E.A. Computers in 10 years. Both times were 5 star experiences. The technicians and owner are friendly, knowledgeable, and competent.
