Computers for repair…read more The printer had seen heavy usage over the years, and was recently fouled up beyond hope by off-brand, re-manufactured cartridges. They told me up-front that the likely-hood of restoring the aged and abused machine was pretty slim. For only a standard, 1 hour service charge, my printer was returned in pristine operating condition. Even glossy photo prints are superb. I also got an ear-full of advice on how to properly maintain it in the future, to prolong its life. (No charge for the advice) This was my second experience with E.A. Computers in 10 years. Both times were 5 star experiences. The technicians and owner are friendly, knowledgeable, and competent.

After continually getting mail for past tenants, even after writing on the envelopes "no longer at this address" the clowns continue to put their chit in my box. And just today I get an email notification of a pkg delivery to the locker. I get in my truck and drive the half mile (because the lazy asses cannot be bothered to swing by, only to find no key! This is at least the third time it's happened! Sure it shows the next day that's not the point. Do your job! Horrible customer service. You really should be ashamed and look for another gig if you can't perform this one! I'm filling a formal complaint finally.
