I was told it would take a couple of weeks for the screen to be sent from overseas and I would be called when it was ready. After about 3 few weeks I called and was told it was ready. I happily picked up my repaired laptop. I am very pleased with the accuracy and quality of the service provided and will come back if any needs arise.
