Of course, the price increase was at the start of our horribly long winter, where it's difficult to clear out snow/ice in front of the garage style door and then brave the temperatures and possible new snow to try to relocate to a cheaper facility. Also--make sure you read the fine print because they have a $45 late fee, then a 2nd late fee and a lien fee if you are late. Bottom line--this place is NOT at all a reasonable rate for storing your stuff. There are so many other places in the Idaho Falls area. Pick another option or MOVE OUT. This is a rip off.
