Explained the situation; needed these sent back to Chicagoland, time was not important, safety and integrity of the items was. I would not recommend storing your things here, there are enough other places to choose from. I asked about it, and he said, "I don't have to wear a mask, I live here." When I specifically asked him to wear one, he said no. I am very uncomfortable using a small business whose owner puts his own comfort ahead of the customers. It's one thing to not wear a mask; it's another to not put one on at the request of a customer. I was only in the shop a few minutes. He could have complied for me. I am in a high risk group, and he is exposed to members of the public all day. I will find a more accommodating shipping company for future needs.
