I am very uncomfortable using a small business whose owner puts his own comfort ahead of the customers. It's one thing to not wear a mask; it's another to not put one on at the request of a customer. I was only in the shop a few minutes. He could have complied for me. I am in a high risk group, and he is exposed to members of the public all day. I will find a more accommodating shipping company for future needs.
