The staff are rude and seem unwilling to do their job. When I try to drop off packages with prepaid shipping labels that I have already paid for, they refuse to accept them, saying that around 30 packages is "too many," and tell me to go to another post office. There is no such policy, so I don't understand why they are refusing to accept packages that already have paid shipping labels. It feels like they are trying to minimize their workload by turning customers away and avoiding responsibility. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. read more

This place really lack on customer service! I was intructed by Amazon to simply drop off the two items and they needed to add the labels and send back as I do in Amazon fresh And and an Asian lady about 60 years old took my show box and said you need to buy tape because this is open. I told her Amazon mentioned i did not need anything but just ring back the original package and the label is paid for. She rejected me and said you must by tape and tape everything. No costumer service whatsoever at this location and will never use for anything. read more

This place gets from bad to worse when there's people here to accept mail. They are super slow and uncaring. I've dropped off boxes inside this post office in bins and had packages go missing. There is no dropping off packages or even letters after 5 o'clock. I don't understand how this is a post office without letter drop off mailbox outside or even inside where the PO boxes are located. The only way to drop off letters or packages is by physically handing it to a worker or placing them inside of an open bin in tiny main lobby. The service at this location goes way above and beyond. I had to return an order that the seller shipped me the wrong item but I had nothing to ship it back in due to it coming in a bag and I was unable to reuse it. Judy was so patient and helped me when she didn't need to. She went and found me an empty recycled box and helped me customize the sizing. She even helped me tape it up. My local post office it seems to be improving the line went pretty quick and they're always courteous and friendly. The service was a money order, which was two dollars a pretty good price .My opinion, postal employees, the mail deliveries all work very hard and I appreciate it. I recommend you support your local USP instead of going to all these other pop-ups. I think the USP is a lot better. read more

Haven't been here in over a year. Still the absolute worst post office I've ever been to in my entire life. Still the same old Chinese ladies that don't care about the customer or how long you wait in line. Went in at 4:15 in the afternoon. Line was at least 30 people deep. Watched the cashier Tell the other one she was going on break and took off with the line out the door. Zero customer service skills. Parcel bins loaded to the roof. A thieves paradise. Avoid at all cost. After thinking about it, I think they do it on purpose so that people will leave bad reviews and then they will be less busy. read more

The first pic that comes up is Lilian from a previous complaint a few years ago. It is clear to me that they have been working on their service as Lilian served me yesterday. I shipped an unopened box with original tape. She does not have to, but after understanding I am returning an unopened box as it was shipped to me, she added some tape. Easy open tape doesn't hold up well. Also she pulled out all of her stamps and I bought two sheets. She was professional and courteous. **I was deployed in 2020 to serve as a Postal Clerk for a year in our post office overseas. I feel compelled to tell you all, that a bad attitude is one thing, but post offices are regulated and must follow the rules set forth for them. They are audited and follow federal regulations. I've been mad at them, but now I see their job differently after doing it. I don't know why they are grumpy sometimes, but lately, they've tried to step up their game. I thanked her for doing something extra and told her I'd give her a nice review because she could have made me buy a roll of tape. She smiled and showed me a qr code to submit a review of her service to USPS which I will do. If you don't understand their rules, try to ask. Also I was at the same post office a week ago. Someone else served me, and I shipped a flat rate box to my deployed buddy. There was no line either time, and great service!!! Great job PO team. Also try to change the situation by being the bigger person. Snap them out of their PO funk by being nice first. Hello, how are you? I agree with most of the reviews here about the poor attitudes and work ethics. This lady here in the attached image would just completely ignore you when you speak with her and not even look your way if you "ask too many questions". When she has time for you or feel like she actually wants to do her job now she will speak to you as if you're a trouble maker and in a very annoyed attitude. From her behavior I can grasp that she hates her job and maybe it's not the most exciting but what did I ever do to you that you have to treat me with such disrespect? I came here on December 23, 2018 with a stack of 55 wedding save the dates. My save the dates included a small wooden magnet so I decided to come into a local post office to ensure I had the correct amount of postage. I don't usually visit this post office but it was the closest location that was open in the afternoon the Saturday before Christmas. I walked up to Lilian who greeted me kindly. I showed her my envelope and asked for the price of postage. She held the envelope in her hand and quickly said 50 cents. I told her I needed postage for 60 items. I told her I wanted something for a wedding and she suggested love stamps. Fast forward two weeks, 17 envelopes (and counting) get returned for additional postage. I go back to the post office and wait for Lilian to become available. I explained to Lilian that I came in two weeks ago and she told me my items only needed one stamp. She stuck to her one stamp idea. She weighed the envelopes and told me it was only 0.6 ounces. She then used a device to slide my envelope through a slot to determine the thickness. Lilian assured me that my items contained the correct postage and urged me to bring all of the retuned items to her and she'll mail them out again. Lilian argued that I was not given a reason for my items being returned. I showed her the photo saying additional postage but Lilian continued to explain reasons why mail would get returned to me. I thought the reason for the items being returned was crystal clear but Lilian said I was not given a sufficient reason. I insisted that Lilian get a second opinion. Lilian summoned a colleague and asked him how much postage for my envelope. He held the envelope in his hand and immediately said 71 cents. Lilian went to protest and he repeated himself two more times. Lilian turned to me and joked, "I saved you money on 40 pieces" as I proceeded to purchase additional postage for my envelopes. Lilian apologized for the inconvenience but I would have preferred for her to do her job right the first time. When mailing items for weddings, things tend to be pretty time sensitive. I just don't understand how the United States Post Office doesn't seem to have a uniform way for charging customers. If you visit this location, you probably want to avoid Lilian. She doesn't seem to understand her job well. read more

I'm writing this review specific for the male employee working 2/22/21. I did not see his name tag but he was working the front counter. He was Hispanic in his late 30s or early 40s, with black hair combed over. He has a bad attitude and should find a new career if he doesn't enjoy his job. I handed him letters politely and he snatched them out my hand and gave me attitude for doing his job. The post master should really check into this. Really is there any reason to be that angry? You're getting paid a living wage and will have full pension when you retire, you're better off than most these people you're helping. Don't be such a douche. 0 stars if I could, not that USPS personnel will ever take these reviews seriously. I had several packages with prepaid labels for 2 day priority shipping. Long story short, I dropped them off, prepackaged and labeled on a Friday. My recipients, who needed the package by Wednesday the following week, did not receive them until the following Friday. Not only this affected the recipients' perception of my punctuality and professionalism, it also permanently altered my trust for this location's USPS. NEVER EVER drop off packages here. read more

It's a mess. Find another option of location even if you have to driver a little further. Waited over 35-40 mins with one person in front of me to get to counter. The guy working there apparently sent everyone in front to fill out different forms and tells them to come back up front without waiting in line. However, while I understand that concept - the same staff who had sent everyone to the side decided to take his 30 min break after doing that - leaving one poor (but nice) lady to handle the 5 people the other guy sent to the side, and everyone else in line. Each of these folks them had bulk or time consuming transactions (Ex: sending 10 priority mail items out in separate transactions or arguing for refund for a PO Box payment when the answer didn't change). This location is does not have a self service kiosk. Tends to have lines and although service is good, they really need to update so that the lines don't get in the way of doorways. A kiosk would really help improve this location. read more

The mailbox on the right (not the priority mailbox) needs to be replace. Quite often the correspondence get caught in the back of the mailbox or on the grid of the opener. I have correspondence that has taken weeks to get to its destination. I used that mailbox. It should be replaced immediately. In the meantime, don't put your mail in it. read more

They rarely scan the first class packages I drop off. So it won't scan until it gets to the city of its destination. If you are a seller, that means your buyers will be upset and thinking you haven't or won't ship their item and will ask for refunds when in reality, their item has been shipped but this post office really dropped the ball in scanning tracking. I asked my dad to drop off a package and pay for first class postage with tracking. I wrote the address by hand legible and CLEAR and I taped the label to the box before hand, I made sure the address was correct and legible 4 times before giving it to my dad. He gave me the receipt and it was friggen sent to the wrong city!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the lady (clerk #16) sent it to 14220 instead of 14420. I did not write a unit # on the return address so its a lost cause!!!! I am beyond angry! It was an eBay transaction and luckily it was only $10. Worst postal service in So-Cal. I drop my parcels in the portal box in the evening last Thur. It had been three days not to receive by my friends. When I went to their office to check it, the staff just told me my stuff might be stolen after he couldn't find any record from the tracking #. The attitude of him made me feel it was my fault to drop the mail after their office hour. He said: we already put the note said do not drop the things after 5pm, there are some 'fish man'around , especially this area.
