I explained that I had a large box in my car that the call tag was for and that I had to pay to ship the small box. I asked if I could use the hand truck to go get the bigger box. Much to my surprise, the third employee who was tackling paperwork jumped in and offered to help me go get the package. He took it out of the car and put it on the hand truck, all I had to do was hold the door open. This was excellent service during a busy time and I was happily surprised!
