It was a friendly experience, don't get me wrong, but he was not helpful and wanted to initially charge me considerably more for my packages. I asked about why it seemed so expensive... he blamed his quotes on "prices being raised in july"." Little did he know my business receipt from a week and a half ago was from july. I called the following day noticing the package tracking said printing label created waiting for package. the store manager took the phone after talking to her and asking was that the package on the counter this morning to her reply I don't know and he said well I don't know either. came back to the phone to tell me the package is waiting to be picked up to my reply scan the package then. he then said he wasn't a ups driver and the package was probably on the truck. this is a 4500 item and you have people list the item in the parcel. The fact that they can open the box you even when I forget my key to the box. Try that at the US Postal Office. I use it mostly for receiving business mails and deliveries of valuable items that I do not want stolen. I am very happy with the level of service and convenience.

On the day of my execution of the purchase I met Steve who also was educating. I was also transferring data from my old machine at Staples as well as the installation of various programs. This takes a day to do. When I arrived to claim my new machine, Steve took me through all aspects of its operation and spent the time linking my printer and installing new printer ink among various other details and connections. Steve went above any typical customer service especially making sure I was as familiar as possible with the operation of the new machine and I really appreciate that kind of effort.
