Is this delivery supposed to include or exclude USPS taking 15 days to go from Indianapolis to New Jersey? Then, it is an hour away and it will take 3-5 days to get to me? NO wonder the USPS is broke and failing - poor processes, poor communication, poor shipping/handling processes, inefficiency, poor accountability, poor customer service..... I will be requesting FedEx exclusively in the future. Time to boycott USPS and demand better service for the rates they are charging !!! Privatize the mail service - the feds can't handle it! This DOES NOT RELECT upon the local Red Hook mail deliverers - they have gone over and beyond to deliver packages and mail to our home this past month, as we have been not been able to do it ourselves. We appreciate the effort it takes to provide high quality service, which this clearly was not. No Christmas gifts tomorrow for that family member! So sad!
