This is one of the better laundromats in the area. It's very convenient-I live down the street. I love the refillable card-bears lugging quarters around. Nice and clean too. The only problem is there's not enough carts, especially the ones that have the bar for hanging things. I hang some.of my shirts and many times I can't find one. Excellent Laundromat! Clean, reasonably priced and tons of washers of different sizes and several big screen TVs. Bathroom is spotless. On a Wednesday morning, just a few people here and they also have self-service for a dollar a pound with a 10 pound minimum. Excellent. read more

Well, its big, that's for sure. Standard machines in lots of different sizes, and same with the dryers. There are some vending machines with fresh items available, and clean restrooms, too. There are not too many folding tables available though, and since this place gets really crowded, that can be a problem sometimes. I've found the crowd here to be a bit dicey, on the few occasions that I needed to do some wash while staying in the area, but I guess that's about on-par for the public-laundry scene. I have noticed the staff here to be very helpful when patrons encountered problems, etc. Overall, I'd say it's better than most other laundermats in the area. read more

On the plus side, the machines are abundant and in good operating order. The place is well lit. The laundromat has a helpful card system for conveniently paying for the use of the machines. (I have not used the drop-off service.) However, one employee tends to go out of his way to ask odd questions and even to try to order me around and complain to me about details of what I am doing! In no case could I see that I was causing a problem for him as long as he did his duties in a reasonable way. (Otherwise, he definitely seemed to be helping with the ongoing successful operation of the laundromat. ) To sum up, over the course of a few visits, I found that this one employee kept making me feel uncomfortable in an otherwise terrific laundromat! read more

This use to be a nice, clean laundromat but since their best worker left it has definitely gone downhill. Got there shortly after they opened in the morning & the machines were very dusty, like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. The attendant can't even take her eyes off her phone to acknowledge the fact that someone walked in & when she does look at you she's got a scowl on her face. God forbid you smile a little at your customers It's barely 8:30 in the morning & it's already so hot & stuffy inside Maybe they should think about turning the a/c down a little more so it can actually cool off a little before you get all the heat from the dryers in there. read more

Fantastic! So glad I found this laundromat. Endless aisles of available washers and dryers, good prices, fast machines, drink and snack vending machines, coffee, soap vending machines, numerous benches and tables for waiting, and a re-loadable cash card so that you don't have to be weighed down with quarters. For the first time in years I had to use a laundromat as my washer died over the weekend. Big Bubble opens early so I decided to try it. Carlos was a huge help, polite and friendly and showed me how to use everything. Also, he wore a mask and was very safe in his social distancing. I got there when it opened, and it was super clean, machines, floors, counters, etc. I had my 10 loads of laundry done in under 2 hours for a good price. I tend to favor laundromats that feel more technological than how I've been known to be. And this laundromat seems to be one of the ones I favor. Not only do they have boatloads of machines, but also, with the advent of the (chains' card-operated machines) technology at a laundromat is at its finest! (Even then, this place has FREE Wi-Fi, so why wouldn't you forget your Wi-Fi enabled device!) Yes, their don't seem to be many power outlets in areas, but isn't it enough to know that their machines hog most of the outlets. I don't even remember seeing any near the tables in the north corner, but I could be wrong! Although I tend to see people lingering around while waiting for their laundry, theirs still plenty of space to get by. The machines don't tend to loose any items, and therefore don't need people to stand overtop of them(a watched pot never boils). As for temperatures(both of the place and of the machines), well, their ability to use an air conditioner, tends to drive me in there, when problems have occurred in my home. And what's more, is that, with the "drop-off service" they have, its fairly painless to have your wash get done right and on-time. Before actually placing any wash into the machines, check for any foreign debris that might have stuck itself to the pieces from loads before you. Signs tell their customers that, but the signs weren't in plain view but were off to the side a bit(and with us being the occasional customer, its easy to forget this fact). The only downside here, is their place seems to get packed at certain times(only enough to bug us into parking around back). read more

I can not believe my clothes were stolen 3/4 of my clothes. They want receipts. I guess if I was a Hoarder I would have my receipts. I don't keep receipts on towels, under wear, tee shirts just me. My clothes were stolen from this laundry Mat. I was told make a list and I did oh that's to much. I lost my Father to COVID-19 and recently my Nephew my Brothers only Child I am Grieving so bad I don't even want to live and I have so much stress trying to retrieve my items. Some were Work Shirts I will have to tell my employer. I never have someone do my laundry ,but I had a doctor's appointment got lost 3 hours because GPS broke finally get to laundry Mat to find out all work pants gone, 3 work shirts, nice towels I don't not have receipts. I was lucky to retrieve some. I had a huge bag zero clothes some in clear bag very little I had huge bag and half of another. Gone. If I was a business owner I would appreciate my customers more then this. I will except want I have receipts for, but I am still losing. Guys please Watch your Clothes. My son had 2 really nice jeans from Christmas I would ask his Uncle if he had receipts, but he was Killed February 1, 2021 the next day my Dad from COVID-19. PLEASE get vaccinated. read more

Visited again. There was different counter help today and amazingly there were carts available right up front. I commented to the girl and thanked her for the convenience. In the conversation I mentioned how the manager is "lazy" and never has the carts available, to which the manager came out and had very unpleasant words with me. This manager is very unprofessional, and rude. I love the Laundromat itself. It's clean and technologically advanced with plenty of machines. It's a shame it's not better staffed! read more

The staff is friendly and service great. I use their drop off service which is reasonably priced, the clothes are clean and nice smelling and neatly folded or put on hangers. the facility is very clean and inviting. I've tried several others in the area and think is the best one. read more
