I have never been to a US Post Office with such nice employees before. I was helped by both Eugene and Erika for different mail-related matters, and despite the crowd, they were all at once kind, helpful, and efficient. Eugene was very helpful in assisting me in making the best choice for my mailing needs, and even made it so that I could skip the line so that he could help me further. Although I am pretty lost when it comes to anything mail-related, Erika was patient with me and explained how I might best go about mailing out a package next time so that I can avoid having to wait in line. I would like to thank the both of them for their kindness and humanity, which are both qualities one might not usually associate with government workers. read more

I'm waiting in line while waiting So slow. All I needed was to pick up a package. The parcel pick up line takes longer than the regular line. They have 3 workers on regular line and one on pick up. Should be more flexible and see pick up needs help and give them a worker But the parcel pick up guy was very friendly at least - so gave an extra star for that. read more

Easy way not to have your mail stolen rent a postal box at your local post office! This post office is plenty big and if you come at the right time no lines no delays, customer counter is helpful and friendly now if you come during lunch hours and close to closure expect delays! Open 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday Saturday open 9am to 2:30pm The nice thing about this postal office is that they have self-served machines so if you need a stamp or even a prepaid label use the machines even after hours which is super conviniente! Very unprofessional worker! I walked in with my husband to a very long line due to the limit of workers. I understand that it could be very overwhelmed but doesn't give you a right to be so rude with customers. This is my first time sending care package to different county so I was not aware of the process. I asked the lady nicely and she probably have hearing problem too, she yelled and said "what service do you need priority or express? You didn't know? Omg you didn't even tape the box? The line is long! You need to fill claim form and get back in the line" First of all, I asked which form to send priority since I filled out couple forms so I don't have to make it more difficult. Secondly, I asked for additional charge to tape because I don't have a tape and I am willing to pay extra. It is an emergency package for someone overseas in military duty so sorry old lady for lacking on putting bow and ties! I was so furious and told her, well this is my first time and that's why I asked you but you are so rude and didn't even want to help me. Guess what? She didn't care at all! I wish I could get her name but here it is, I have no shamed to show her because it wasn't right for her to just be rude, yelled at me and told me to go back into the long line while I need to fill out 1 more form that took me 30 seconds top!!!!! An employee assisted in navigating the line and directed me to the right place for my picture appointment. The lady who took my pictures went above and beyond, even helping with my passport renewal, showcasing a level of kindness and efficiency that made the entire experience amazing. I can appreciate that this location is trying its best. The line was loooonnnnggggg. I'm sure the fact that there was about "4 feet" ( not 6) between people added to the length. I understand there needs to be space but don't even understand why we need to do that in the first place since you have to have a mask on anyways to enter. The man at the counter did give me very apparent attitude but I tried brushing it off since he works at the USPS. I mean I heard the benefits were nice but I also heard they treat their employees like crap. He had to deal with a lot of people and if the package is not labeled right he will send you to the counter behind you to "fix" it or label it. All the pens at the counter are broken so you have to ask for one of his pens. Other than the location looking like it hasn't had a face lift and constructed in the 70's this place was "fairly" quick. P.s. I am pretty sure all the pricing went up. read more

Been coming here for years. Wasn't too happy with the closed on Sunday's as that's my day off to run errands. But now, it's completely understandable during Covid. There was a sign on the door with the updated hours but it was hard to take a photo of. Everyone is usually super helpful & cherrie? Happy? Let's just say they like coming to work. Which is a good thing when they have to deal with the numerous of people!! I've always had a great experience, except for that 1 time I came in before my wedding & was in tears because the new girl had no idea what she was talking about. Worst USPS facility in San Bernardino County. The people's line waiting is fifty yards long always. Only two employees at the counters. Meantime you have a female supervisor siting in the front desk doing nothing while looking a computer instead of helping with customers. Another employee chatting with customers instead of helping with customers' needs. Do they have management in that facility??? I had experienced a slight issue with a clerk today but thankfully the supervisor was very professional and kind and handled the situation quickly I understand some people have bad/ off days, but it's always important to treat customers with respect. Had a perishable item delivered and placed in a parcel locker at my apartment. The key left in my locker was labeled locker 4p however it was in fact for locker 2P! I spent two days trying to call the post office literally back to back as there was a perishable cake inside the locker I could not get access to! No one ever answered the phone nor do they have a vm. I finally was able to figure out the correct locker and the fact they mislabeled the key no thanks to them as they never answer their phone apparently. They need to verify there key to locker is correctly labeled and do a better job at addressing phone calls. Hopefully my cake isn't spoiled now read more

Frustrating that they lock the doors here ten minutes early, maybe even more, but that's what I saw driving up to see so many people walking up to the doors locked well before 5pm. Tough situation that my post office has moved my box to Rancho indefinitely from Etiwanda and we have to drive out the way to a location that doesn't provide proper access just to check for mail. I just left the Post Office, it wasn't crowded as the norm. As I arrived I was greeted, and was told I could drop off my pre-pay. Customer service was awesome, with Tony who also walked me through the process of getting a receipt. I am grateful he took the time and was patient. Big guy was very rude to me, CLERK 41 to be exact. He gave me a receipt for the package I paid for, and he was testing to see if I forgot the package. He was too rude when I pulled my card too fast and said I messed it up and have to do it again. I don't know why he works there and have no knowledge about how to serve customers. I hate USPS, I've never had a good experience when items have been shipped to me through them. However, this post office is truly the worst - long lines, closing earlier than the posted business hours, and rude employees. I also have not received any of the mail I've been notified of via Informed Delivery and have submitted claims to which none have been addressed. Do yourself a favor and find a small mom and pop PO Box facility and avoid this place. read more

It's laughable at this point. (2) packages in a row that usps has messed up the delivery. I have been attempting to avoid using usps at all cost because of this branch location. Unfortunately I reside on these people routes and I can't opted out of it. USPS Rancho Cucamonga. You guys are the absolute worst and continue to avoid the problems. Been coming here for ages and it's always as pleasant as it can be. Lines are long on Saturday's so get there early to avoid a long wait. They have digital kiosks and that can take as long as waiting in line sometimes if you have multiple boxes. I did ship a card recently and had it weighed on the digital scale at the kiosk and a few days later it showed up at my house and said needs more postage, so that was annoying. It's almost better to just wait in line and talk to a clerk than use the kiosk. Other than that, always plenty of parking and staff are friendly. read more

The Post Master should be fired at this location for how it's run. The staff is completely incompetent which leads to insane lines. Don't bother asking them anything because you'll get a different answer from each employee. The last straw was waiting in line for an hour and a half just to try and send a package. The most hostile post office I've been to. Got yelled at by the employee by waiting in line for the label just because "the machine can do the same thing." Well the machines are all occupied by also lines of people who have no ideas what to do. He continued to yell at me in front of everyone, even refused to print me the prepaid label. He continued to lecture me and refusing to scan my barcode so that I can listen to his rant. The whole ordeal took 10 minutes instead of 30 seconds like what I usually do at other post offices. I actually was having second thought coming here because of the bad reviews im seeing here but i gave it a try since im just returning a package anyways... i was ready with all the attitude and things like that lol but when i came in it was very friendly environment.. yes it was a long line but it was fast since a lady is helping and teaching one person at a time to do a self service, she's very friendly and warm and even the people ar the counter. not so bad after all. I recently moved to Rancho Cucamonga in September of 2020. Upon moving in no mail of mine was being delivered due to "vacant" but my brothers and the previous renters mail would still get delivered. Once I fixed that everything seemed fine other than some mix up mail but recently this past week or so I've had packages being marked as "delivered on porch" or "in/at mailbox" and never recieved them. I've even checked my ring doorbell camera and the mail lady never even stepped foot off her truck!!! I've never dealt with a worse post office. I just don't understand how they can even mark something delivered when they never delivered it. Super annoying. read more

Definitely needs better customer service. Myself and my wife took a day off to get my kids passport application done. We had confirmed appointment for December 28 Tuesday. Someone called early morning to inform that the passport office is closed. Why would you give appointments for those days???
