I paid for two-day priority shipping to have a package delivered to my mom on Mother's Day; however, it was delivered to the wrong address and was returned to Postal Pal. Even though it was finally delivered to my mom, I didn't pay $30 for delayed delivery especially for Mother's Day, so obviously I want my money back. I called USPS and waited for an hour for a service rep, only to be told that I need to submit a refund claim online. After I submitted the claim, I received an email, stating that my request was denied. So, I called customer service again and explained what happened. Higher management then reached Postal Pal, and the Postal Pal workers were just not having it. So, as you can imagine, I was close to giving up. But I went to this post office hoping that it might work this time, and I'm so glad that the guy at front cared enough to help me out. Long story short, I waited an hour for him to process my refund and got my money back!

The older gentleman who's in the deli is so sweet and always smiles and says good morning to me, but then again I am here almost daily lol There is a lot of parking but there are also a few businesses in the plaza, so you might have to wait for a spot for a minute or two. Now the food, other than deli sandwiches their fried chicken is literally my go to as soon as I come here. I try to wait until around lunch times to get everything I need done, to ensure that chicken Js ready haha But honestly I love this store and the fact that they're constantly upgrading their services and systems.
