The staff is nice and efficient. The main thing that I wish they had is dedicated parking. Parking in this area is tough and hard to find. Like many post offices, you can get supplies for shipping packages. The only thing to know is that if you use their Express Package supplies, you will have to pay the express package rate, which is usually $4-5 more than if you would had wrapped your box in a brown generic paper or plain box.

They had a large section for free packaging supplies by the mailboxes as well as in the main customer service area. I've made so many calls to the United States Postal Service to explain that their staff do not follow federal and USPS guidelines that all USPS employees must wear masks. Months ago, I saw another customer get into a yelling match with the employee who has a bunch of neck tattoos at Centredale. Spittle flew from his mouth as he yelled "I have a medical condition, and you aren't allowed to ask me about it because of HIPAA!". I did not intervene and explain that HIPAA has nothing to do with his ability to disclose his health issues preventing him from wearing a mask because I feel like this employee is not capable of understanding this basic information. Please go to the USPS in Johnston or elsewhere because this location is likely to be infested with coronavirus.

Yes the parking lot is fairly small but I never have an issue with parking. I will warn you this place does get super busy usually all times of the day , so I avoid using them to do any services aside from my mail box. Although the employees are extremely awesome at this location , it's usually only one cashier working at all times , so the line becomes extremely long , so please have patience. If you have time and you seem to be traveling by this location go for it , at least the employees are super pleasant unlike so many USPS employees I ran into all my life .
