Its extended hours (lobby with clerks open to 9 pm on…read moreweekdays, unheard of!) are so convenient and helpful when I have something that must go out that day, but I've missed the cutoff at my local location. Lines can be long, but the self service kiosk can help me most times. Sometimes people jam the package bins, though, which somehow goes unnoticed by staff, and means you have to get in the sometimes long lines anyways. There are a wide range of extra services offered here, and tons of a wider variety of the free priority packaging options than most other locations have. There's a large parking lot, but people whip through it, so be careful! This location and its convenient extended hours are such an asset for local small business owners and residents alike.

The staff is nice and efficient. The main thing that I wish they had is dedicated parking. Parking in this area is tough and hard to find. Like many post offices, you can get supplies for shipping packages. The only thing to know is that if you use their Express Package supplies, you will have to pay the express package rate, which is usually $4-5 more than if you would had wrapped your box in a brown generic paper or plain box.

I will always go there from now on. As a note- I had shipped things earlier in the day in Warwick and I had a less than optimal experience (from a store manager none the less). It was a friendly experience, don't get me wrong, but he was not helpful and wanted to initially charge me considerably more for my packages. I asked about why it seemed so expensive... he blamed his quotes on "prices being raised in july"." Little did he know my business receipt from a week and a half ago was from july. He adjusted my quote. It's relevant because it goes to show that it's important to be aware of pricing because some people are not as honest as Kristen. Thanks again Kristen!

They price gauge, raising prices dramatically every few months-- even though they're advertising…read moremuch lower prices online. Regional manager never calls you back, even after being a customer for years when you try to get price adjusted. App doesn't work properly for payments resulting in late fees. No lights in units. Climate controlled units are nearly as cold and damp as outside in winter. Pigeons must be in units because some of my furniture had white bird poop spots on it. Just moved to a to facility, warm inside, lights and 1/3 the cost. Stay far away from CubeSmart.
