We have been in the neighborhood for more than a decade and with some recent business endeavors have been curious about securing a post office box. We had questions and wanted to speak to a person. This location has turned around in the last year with faster, friendlier service. They've really done their part during the pandemic, too, when the workload has increased exponentially. Good luck if you are in need of any kind of customer service here. Grumpy lady with the bad haircut and glasses. You obviously hate your job and any sort of interaction with the public. Yes we know that all the forms are against the back wall and everybody probably constantly asks you for these forms but we don't know that. We don't work here. If you are looking to get help with passports, they don't take photos here. They also have no interest in actually pointing you in the right direction. Sent me out to the airport. Yeah, they don't take photos there. Turns out all I needed to do was go up to the Walgreens up the street. Ugh. And back to the post office to finally send off my passport renewal. It was great to see the staff continuing to have horrible interactions with customers. Won't be back. Ever. read more

Management works their carriers too hard. They often force them to work 60+ hour weeks, and the pay isn't worthy of the physical labor and mental stress they have to deal with on a daily basis. Did you know that in some countries it is illegal to force someone to work more than 40 hrs per week? Their system is broken and they wonder why no one wants to work there. I love the Post Office. They come to your house every day, or six days a week, the employees are generally helpful when you have a question, and they know all the regulations and the quorks of the system. Although I don't understand why my postman doesn't take the mail I leave at the box. Are they required to take that mail or do they do it as a favor? read more

This is a totally fine USPS location. The counter staff has been there forever, they keep the customers in line, take care of business efficiently, and are hard at work through the holidays. I don't know why there are so many low reviews of this place. Because it's busy? Idk, I've never had a problem here. read more

I'm so glad Deb is gone she was the rudest meanest person that I know of and I always seem to get her . She gave me miss information about a package that I sent out of state that had dry ice in it, she put the wrong labels on the package took my money $49 and that was it , the very next day when I got home from work that box was on my porch ! Wet! And dripping! All my product was damaged worth another $50 I went to complain to Lance he refunded me my $49 dollars but not for my merchandise that I lost , it said it was returned for being 1 pound over and not having the proper tags on it !! Whose fault is that? I'm going to the lost office today I'm not sure what to expect stay tuned . read more

What a grand place. Just wanted to let y'all know after months of going and never running into good ol' Debbie I decided to pop the question that had been keeping me up at night! Where was old Deb!? Well I have been informed my dear friends that she has retired and moved on to a better life! One that keeps her away from all the pesky snobs coming in for a quick air port passport photo or a little more tape on a box. In my eyes Deb was a true hero that deserves credit and admiration!! Debbie is a bit of a stickler for rules and seemed to make everyone's transition times triple with all her rules and notes about how they don't use credit card chips yet but they do need you card to be signed and see if is not enough.... and on and on. I watched her reprimand about 5 adults. Must be exhausting having to correct and critique every person you meet in that tone all day! I do not know what these people are talking about. After laughing at all the reviews, I ended up bringing a crew with me expecting a show. There was no bad haired attendant. There were lots of folks in the line, but it moved fast and everyone was friendly. At the counter, we even had a good laugh at the fact that I didn't know how fast I wanted my letter to arrive. When it comes to post offices this one seems pretty on par with all the others I have been to. read more

If there was a zero star rating I'd give it to this place. I rarely write reviews but am making an exception in this case. They opened 10 minutes late and the woman at the counter acted as if we were all a huge inconvenience. She was by far the rudest USPS clerk I've ever encountered. I really just needed to know if I had the right box for my priority mail and she treated me as if I had just asked her to swallow nails. I can't believe these people are allowed to interact with other humans. Get a clue USPS on Killingsworth...your reviews are terrible...might be a clue to get rid of staff that hate their jobs and hate other people. read more

Woman with the bowl hair cut needs to learn how to work with the public, retire, or get a new job. I can't believe the staff is still employed with those attitudes.
