They have extended hours, staying open until 6:30 in weekenights, rather than the typical 5mor 5:30pm. My only complaint is the 2nd door to enter is soooo heavy and a challenge to push open for those of us with strength and shoulder issues. They should have a handicapped button to enable easy access for those in a wheelchair, and people like me with chronic shoulder issues. There is a ramp out front for those unable to climb the set of 5 steps.

This was my first time ever seeing this employee. I ship out packages from here with fedex packaging never with any issues from the younger Asian gentleman who has helped me all the other times. Older Caucasian guy didn't bother to say "hello" when he first saw me, he also assumed I didn't want a receipt I had to ask him to print me one and he seemed unhappy about it. As I grabbed the receipt from him i looked at his name tag and thanked him saying his name. He seemed caught off guard I can't remember his name...I'm not a Karen I swear I just expect decent customer service and like to share my negative experiences...He also asked "what are you doing?" As I was taking photos of my packages to send to my customers.... I'd give this location 5 stars (I live nearby) if I was basing my review on location, cleanliness, and customer service from the younger Chinese guy. I've been utilizing this post office for years and the staff is always friendly and helpful. When I ask for the lowest price on return packages, they check various options without hesitation. While I've never used their passport services, which seems to be where issues are, I have bought supplies and sent out multiple packages, purchased holiday stamps and visit here to return prepaid packages - all with no issue and friendly service.

The staff is consistently unfriendly, and one particular woman who works there regularly speaks to customers with a noticeable attitude. On my most recent visit, I came to drop off a package that didn't have a QR code. I asked if they could print the label for me--they said no, so I went to the library, printed it out, and came back. When I returned with the label and my package, I asked if they could tape it on for me since I didn't have any tape. The man at the counter refused, even though there was a roll of packing tape sitting right next to him. It was a small label on a lightweight package--it would've taken two seconds, max. That moment left me feeling so defeated that I ended up crying in my car. I've never felt so frustrated over something so minor. As for value, this place offers very little. The time, effort, and emotional toll of dealing with unhelpful service here simply aren't worth it--especially when there are friendlier options elsewhere. I highly recommend going to a different location if you have the choice. Customers deserve basic kindness and support, especially at a public service facility like this.
