I get told I can only scan 5 of my packages (I had 9) and that I would have to go to the Kiosk. I said what do you mean I can only get 5 scanned and then she suddenly means that she can only scan 5 and that the rest have to be scanned at the kiosk. Someone else behind me walks up and now we are both waiting. When the first girl finishes I go over to her and she scans the rest of my 4 packages.
