They have a system where one person is out in the line helping people figure out how to send and address things and one person is at the cashier. This makes the line move a lot faster because people don't spend time asking questions at the desk and instead they use the little desk along the line to address their mail. The staff was very friendly and proactive in making the line move. The overall rating here is a 3 but you can see they must have changed something because if you look at the past 2 years yelp rating, it's pretty good.

I'd only recommend coming here earlier in the morning or around 2:30-3:00pm. If you show up around lunch time, you're guaranteed to get stuck in a ridiculously long line that will likely extend out the door. As far as the employees, they've always been incredibly friendly and helpful when I have questions. The biggest drawback about this location is that it attracts a ton of people in University City, but isn't large enough to accommodate all the people that come by. I will say, based on the types of questions and concerns people come in with, the employees really do deserve a round of applause because they handle the strangest, most unusual, situations with a lot of professionalism and respect. And for what it's worth, I've never had a package or letter go missing when I've mailed from this location.
