There were a lot of people waiting on the side that were clearly waiting for passport services but who told them to stand over there? I didn't know so I got in a line only to get to the front and be told to sign my name to a list and move to another line. I did that and when I got to the front of that line I was asked for my birth certificate. I thought that was strange. Why would I need that when I have a WHOLE PASSPORT. Nevertheless I left and returned the next day with the document. I stood in a line until somebody shouted out something about passports. I said I'm renewing not applying. They shuffled me to another line. I finally piped up and said all I need from yall is a photo and a money order. Suddenly everyone was clear. Oh, well you don't need to be in any of these lines.
