Then turn around and tell me shes sorry I'm mad when she was the one to provoke it? Then her fellow employee jumps in and tells her she'll take care of me and she needs a break. This employee looked mad at me, as if me treating her employee friend the same way I was given was a bad thing. I've never been so shaken in my life with the type of customer service I was getting. Horrible experience each time I come here and I'm not at all surprised. I would infer the supervisors side with their rude employees and shake off each complaint.

Every time I deal with the post office I go in with the lowest of expectations and am disappointed even further. Nothing was ordered last minute and the items that were supposed to get here over a week early may. It make it till after the new year, or at the current rate, Valentine's Day. I would have gladly picked up my stuff if give. The option to do so. Now under my tree is bare and I do t even have the tools for work to do my job efficiently either... There were folks ahead of us and there were 2 chairs available (I am disabled and cannot stand very long) so I was able to sit in line. The flow of service was quick & we only had to wait about 10 minutes. The USPS clerk was: pleasant, courteous, & efficient. Her personality was such that she was very empathetic to my disability & truly treated me compassionately. She asked if I needed stamps, I said no thanks. She offered different rates & I decided on the delivery date of Monday, Yay; it would not take a week to get to my BFF in AZ! I highly recommend this USPS!

This post office has the most awful couriers who do not pay attention. I've had at least two…read morehandfuls of packages delivered to the wrong mailbox. I have a block style mailbox so the courier has to pay attention to what apartment they are putting it in and somehow can rarely manage to put it in the correct one. It becomes a major inconvenience considering it is items I've ordered that cost money and I have to hope I get them whenever the person who received my package is honest enough to bring it to me. it is currently the holiday season and I need my package between a certain timeframe, I would've gotten it on time had the courier delivered it to the correct apartment. I'm getting entirely fed up with this, and it needs to be corrected.
