This is a well-stocked shop with everything you could need for shipping. I brought in a large number of boxes of shoes that wouldn't fit in my car for the drive home. Yes, they are in their boxes because it is far easier for a shoe hoarder to store and organize ones collection. The owner was in the store the day we went in and he helped pick the right box and customised the box so nothing moved and to reduce the cost. He finished the packing, printed out the shipping and tracking labels and receipt for me, and we were on our way. My package arrived on time and undamaged. I couldn't have been happier.

I paid for insurance to cover any breakage. UPS Insurance company blames the store and the store blames the shipping company. I've fought with both of them for over 3 months now. At this store the clerk tried to tell me I had no packages to pick up because my ID he looked up had no package (again the package was going to a school). But I saw the package right there in his pile of boxes and I had the tracking number! Instead of having good customer service he blamed me for having a business address and not my name on the package! But it is UPS and Scholastic that address the package in that way ?

The workers hang up on customer service and tell you it's the other businesses fault for delivering it. No accountability nor responsibility for stolen packages. I'm sick of waiting in postal lines and it's not even the holiday yet. Every customer takes an average time of about 5 minutes so prepared to wait at least 1/2 hour and that's just in line.
