The behavior of some of the employees was not just unprofessional, it was completely unacceptable. First, a white woman I interacted with, who appeared to be around 50 years old or older, had absolutely no sense of basic manners or respect. She told us to for our appointment, which was fine, but the way she spoke was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Her tone made it seem like she was talking down to us. It was shocking to see someone in a public-facing role behave this way. I regret not noting her name from her badge. Second, when my appointment time came, I was assisted by a white man named Collin. His attitude was just as bad, if not worse. He acted as if he owned the entire USPS location, showing no courtesy or professionalism whatsoever. His behavior toward customers was unacceptable and reflected a complete lack of respect, mumbling in his throat to make you guess what he is saying. 0 knowledge of interaction.Extremely nonsense guy I have ever had experience. He was acting like you are asking a favor to get his service. This kind of conduct should not be tolerated in any workplace, especially not in a public service setting where people are paying for essential services. The administration needs to take serious action and hold these employees accountable. The only positive note from this visit was an employee named Michael. Although I did not personally interact with him, I observed him greeting every single customer with a smile and speaking in a very respectful and polite manner. He stood out clearly and set the example that others should be following. Overall, this location seriously needs better management, training, and accountability. Customers deserve basic respect. If employees cannot treat people properly, they should not be working in customer service.

In my 3 years of using this location (PO Box and regular shipping needs), Tim has been the only employee who has consistently provided me and other USPS customers with exceptional service. He greets you with a warm smile, remembers your name, and is always willing to go above and beyond to assist you. He has demonstrated himself to be courteous, professional, friendly and readily available to answer any questions you may have. If you happen to get anyone else at the counter, good luck! If you get Tim, trust me, you are in good hands!

Trash mail and fliers get delivered but not my DRIVERS LICENSE. It's been three weeks... no letter. What's going on? Why is there no help with lost mail? The DMV only uses regular mail but my COMMERCIAL DRIVERS LICENSE has NOT been delivered. I've spent hours and hours on the phone with the USPS and the DMV trying to track down my license that the post office was supposed to have delivered. Where's the accountability? Nobody knows or has any information YET ITS THE ONLY WAY TO GET YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE IN VIRGINIA.... USPS YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER THIS IS REALLY ALARMING.

I proceed. then it hits me! WAIT I dont even need to be charged for this.. the girl helping me says nothing and removes the charge and continues to charge me only for the notary.. so before I leave I ask her "so just to make sure because I have this sticker on it, yall can send it out and im good. because thats me basically paying for it" she says "yes" so I leave and while im driving it dawns on me that this girl was gonna charge me and not say a thing about my sticker being on there, even after she noticed it was there after she told me i would need to put it in a different envelope.. then it makes sense to why the other girl in the bck is looking crazy because she can also hear and see everything going on!! And so of course Amazon sent the items back to me, but now I have to pay an additional $5.99 per return to pick them up at a store instead of my home (UPS won't leave packages unattended at an apartment complex). So in all, I've spent $23.79 because a clerk at this location mis-packed my items. Pro-tip: pack your items yourselves. It'll save you money, time, and a headache.
