USPS....you suck. No wonder why no one wants to use you. We had no control over this delivery otherwise we would have used a horse and wagon over you.

So I saw some of the reviews prior to going here and I was a little worried. Most of the reviews seem to be people dealing with employees at the register that aren't so nice. Thankfully my business here today was to apply for my passport, which is done in a separate room and by appointment only. So this review is strictly on my experience with that. I had to schedule an appointment online to turn in my passport application. I picked the earliest appointment of the day so I wouldn't have to wait. The lady that helped me was named Maritza and she was super nice. My appointment was at 9:15am and she took me in to the room a little bit earlier than that (have to get there 10min before). She looked over my application and documents, took my passport picture, and collected the fees all in about 10 minutes. It was super quick and I was out of there in no time. Overall I had a good experience with my passport application appointment today.

RETURN BACK TO MAIL for Christmas card!!  as "suck" that SO RUDE!!!

The don't wear name badges and went asking for name to be able to let corporate know about their bad treat to customer the denied to provide it and the don't even provide store location. I have been a customer of FedEx and gone to multiple locations and this is the first location that provides the worst customer service experience. Rude inefficient and incompetent. You can tell the really don't want to be there but are just there for a pay check not understanding they have a pay check cuz of the customer who come in for service. They need better trained employees and employees who actually understand the job and want to be there. I was having a good day until I went here and received attitude from them. For No reason just for asking for tape to seal A FedEx envelope that I was going to ship through them We are not talking about even being serve or weight or Charges or anything just said may I have a piece of tape to seal the FedEx Envelope I'm send for extra security and the lady went off no we don't provide that you have to buy a roll for that and a bunch of other things which I'm Not sure what she was saying seem Like she was not 100% relay her msg in English properly. I always send those envelopes at different FedEx locations across the region and for extra security I always place a strip of Tape across the seal part and never ever had issues or Been cursed for what it seems a foreign language speaker and told I need a to buy the whole roll and is not about the roll but the way and attitude given if FedEx has changed is quite simple as someone who works with the public I tend to defuse and on the personal level not give attitude to those who Work with the public. Simply they could have said sir dude bro I like to assist with the request but we now have a new directive and not able to provide without a charge by buying it a roll from the wall. And awesome I would have understood since they only work there and follow orders from corporate. But that was not the case. Remember you catch more bees with honey that vinegar and when work with the public you need lots of honey

Since starting my own business last year, I've been to this location at least 100 times. The staff…read moreis always friendly, not just to me but every interaction I've seen. A few months ago they installed a self-service "kiosk" for scanning in your own packages and/or to print labels. This seems to have alleviated lines as I rarely see a line anymore. Further, the team is almost always at or near the self-serve to help and get me in and out super quick. I really appreciate the extra mile this location goes!

I went to Bristow USPS location to renew my passport, and this was honestly one of the worst…read moreservice experiences I have ever had. The behavior of some of the employees was not just unprofessional, it was completely unacceptable. First, a white woman I interacted with, who appeared to be around 50 years old or older, had absolutely no sense of basic manners or respect. She told us to for our appointment, which was fine, but the way she spoke was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Her tone made it seem like she was talking down to us. It was shocking to see someone in a public-facing role behave this way. I regret not noting her name from her badge. Second, when my appointment time came, I was assisted by a white man named Collin. His attitude was just as bad, if not worse. He acted as if he owned the entire USPS location, showing no courtesy or professionalism whatsoever. His behavior toward customers was unacceptable and reflected a complete lack of respect, mumbling in his throat to make you guess what he is saying. 0 knowledge of interaction.Extremely nonsense guy I have ever had experience. He was acting like you are asking a favor to get his service. This kind of conduct should not be tolerated in any workplace, especially not in a public service setting where people are paying for essential services. The administration needs to take serious action and hold these employees accountable. The only positive note from this visit was an employee named Michael. Although I did not personally interact with him, I observed him greeting every single customer with a smile and speaking in a very respectful and polite manner. He stood out clearly and set the example that others should be following. Overall, this location seriously needs better management, training, and accountability. Customers deserve basic respect. If employees cannot treat people properly, they should not be working in customer service.
