What a nice place with nice people and all services that a small business can need for packing shipping getting stuff moved printed etc. Yesterday I was in there and they asked if I had an AAA card because I could save on a print job - I was undecided between b/w and color. I chose color even though it was much more expensive because the AAA discount brought the price down enough. I'm in there not very often, not even once a month, but it has always been a very good experience. read more

I've had nothing but great experiences at this UPS location. Ernie, the owner, runs a fantastic store. He and his staff are always friendly, professional, and incredibly fast. Whether I'm dropping off packages or handling returns, they make the process quick and easy every time. It's clear they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Highly recommend this UPS store if you're looking for efficient service with a friendly attitude! read more

I was here yesterday to get a notary signed and sent out!! first of all I want to say I barley go to usps to send things out I usually go to ups to scan and drop of packages that I prepaid for.. anyways I came in with my envelope prepared, address and sticker and everything... mind you im kinda distracted with other things but I told the girl who helped me that I need a notary signed and sent out. she asked me which I wanted to pay for and I ask the price difference and about the packaging it comes with. so shes telling me the prices then shows me an envelope, she looks down at my envelope, pauses and proceeds to say we would need to put it in a different envelope yada yada.. and im going along STILL not realizing that I dont even need to pay for this to be sent out but she continues to go with the charging me!! so im waiting and I realize this other lady in the back kinda looking at me crazy and im wondering why.. I proceed. then it hits me! WAIT I dont even need to be charged for this.. the girl helping me says nothing and removes the charge and continues to charge me only for the notary.. so before I leave I ask her "so just to make sure because I have this sticker on it, yall can send it out and im good. because thats me basically paying for it" she says "yes" so I leave and while im driving it dawns on me that this girl was gonna charge me and not say a thing about my sticker being on there, even after she noticed it was there after she told me i would need to put it in a different envelope.. then it makes sense to why the other girl in the bck is looking crazy because she can also hear and see everything going on!! I just wanna say I never never get on here to write these type of long reviews or even negative ones period but when I realize this I was very upset. because this is two employees noticing this and instead of giving good customer service they look at u crazy instead of trying to help!! and I will say this even if they didnt "notice" which im %100 they did the people behind the counter need to be more attentive when it comes to things like this because I wouldve been charged and had to return and get a refund, but what if I never even noticed?? thats money gone and u dont know what when or how people got things going on. this is very unprofessional and not ok at all!! read more

Located in the Canterbury Village Shopping Center, this UPS (as other UPS locations) offer various shipping and delivery options available. I've dropped off a few packages at this location, and it has always been a smooth process. The staff has been friendly and they work super fast! Plenty of parking in the shared plaza lot - getting in and out of the plaza can be tricky from the busy Sudley Road. +fast and friendly service +located in the Canterbury Village Shopping Center +plenty of parking in shared plaza lot read more

I've been coming to the UPS store in Sudley Rd since I moved to Manassas in 2019. They are always kind and helpful with anything I come to the store for: passport photos, packages, fingerprints for a new job, the list goes on. However, they went above and beyond when I had an important wedding gift to mail to NY overnight. They made sure I had the correct packaging and worked with UPS partners in NYC when we realized the address I was given was partially incorrect. Thank you UPS Sudley Road! See you guys next time. :) read more

Always helpful great place for Amazon return also everyone is very friendly and they alway give great advice.

This UPS Store is located in the shopping center directly across the street from the Prince William Medical Center. I stopped in to get some photocopies made. Made my own copies, paid for them and was on my way! Convenient and easy! read more

UP Yes! You expect good service when you need to visit a service provider. The Staff at this store delivered...the service that is. I needed to get in and out of here quickly and was very pleased when I walked through the door to be greeted by a very professional young lady with a 'hello, may I help you?'. She was able to recommend an appropriate shipping box, packing materials and gave me details on my shipping options and cost. I was in and out in no time with just what I needed! read more

I needed to get a document notarized asap. Looked up places on Yelp and wasn't let down by reviews. I was greeted upon entry and was in and out in less than 5 minutes with my document. Amazingly convenient and friendly service. Definitely recommend this location! read more

There are many UPS stores in the area but I always go out of my way to the Sudley Rd store for all my shipping needs. Always super friendly and helpful, happy to tape up boxes and peanuts if needed too. Highly recommend!! read more

I was in and out in less than 60 seconds. Literally at 4:30pm on a weekday. Got my receipt, gave him the label and he handled everything else. Perfect! This location has bad parking though, it's dangerous because you can't see when cars are coming. read more

I go to this UPS store regularly, mostly to ship return packages sent by Amazon or EBay. I was in there today to ship my brother's birthday gift. I asked them if they had any tape to finish packing the box I had just picked up to put the present inside. They kindly said that they would tape it for me. It was a gift and Maybe it's just me being paranoid but I told the young man that I wanted to tape it closed myself. He then directed me to a display area where there would be tape. The area I was directed to was where I CAN BUY TAPE. I asked them if they just had a tape gun I could use? No, if I tape it myself, then I need to buy tape. What's the difference? I am already paying for the shipment, now they want to nickel and dime me on tape? Very bad customer service. I used to work the service counter for FedEx and we would never be this cheap or have this bad of service. I won't come back to this UPS store ever again. You must really love your tape. Not so much your customers. read more

You'll never know you have a good thing until you get to compare it to something else. I've always gone to your branch to do our overnight mail/shipping. But today, because I was saving on gas, I decided to try out the Fedex branch nearer our office. Big mistake! I'm not going back to that store again. Anyway, I just wanted to commend you guys on your excellent service whenever i go there. I just realized that service more than convenience does matter. Do keep up what you do best - that is making people feel you care :) read more

I've never had any problems at all getting documents notarized at this location. So far I've had 3 different staff members notarize for me and each have been very friendly and polite. I recommend them highly. read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Manassas, Virginia

Extremely helpful staff. I was here late in the evening just before they were closing. When i asked for how much it would cost to ship my stuff, the staff weighed and gave me all the rates. I did not have a box, the staff here picked a box, packed my items, and then typed the address on their system and printed/pasted a neat label. read more

Preface: I worked for UPS for a short time and I like the company. This is an isolated instance of mismanagement. Unfortunately, the owner of this UPS store is not trustworthy. On 12/22, I dropped off two packages to be shipped for Christmas delivery. He told me guaranteed delivery would run $200 and was cheaper than the Post Office. That was too much, so I used his store's partnership to send them priority mail via USPS for arrival on 12/26. I later discovered USPS could have taken delivery on 12/23 and delivered by 12/24 for $80 (Priority Mail Express 1 day). When confronted with this information he was belligerent, unfriendly, and committed to his original (inaccurate) position. He misrepresented the rates of his business partner (USPS) to engage us in a transaction we would not have otherwise chosen. Whether this was a result of incompetence or malice is of little matter. I will not use this UPS store for any services in the future, and given the proximity of FedEx and the Post Office, I am far more likely to choose an entirely different carrier than to seek out another UPS Store. read more

I wish every establishment in the world were like this. The man at the counter was so courteous and helped everyone with a smile. Took me less than a minute to drop off even though I had not packed it or attached labels. He said I'll take care of everything. Moms like me with small kids running erranda need more services and places like these. read more

Worst service. Asked to repack my item and they did not. Item broke in transit. Now I'm out $450 and my UPS insurance claim was denied. Store owner is rude and lies about the situation. Be aware that these are franchises so you have no recourse with UPS if something goes wrong. read more

AMAZING customer service! Ernie is the store manager at this location and went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of as UPS Corporate caused some major delays and issues when shipping a package recently. Most businesses would have just told me sorry that there is nothing we can do for you but Ernie contacted UPS corporate and got everything handled for me. THANK YOU Ernie! read more

I had to get a bunch of papers noterized, 30 in all and the staff here was very helpful in getting that done w/o complaint. The staff are very friendly and a few people that walked in they knew by name. Great help for me to get all those pages notorized. This UPS store is among the best. LOVE the UPS Store on Sudley Road in Manassas. We used their PO Box service when we moved. When a stray piece of mail came a few months later, Ernie Newland and his team tracked us down and made sure we received the letter. Thank you for going above and beyond for us! - Susan Strom read more

Chris at this location is racist and rude! He barely made eye contact, his tone of voice was demeaning, and he didn't even respond when i THANKED HIM FOR HIS SERVICE. I Stayed and observed the way he interacted with the next 4 customers, all of whom were white, and it was a completely different tone. He was nice to them, said hello, and even asked how their day was and was smiling, meanwhile I received no sort of customer service from him. read more

The best UPS Store around! I am a box holder and had nothing but perfect service every time for the past 2 years. All employees are wonderful and know what they are doing.
