The return option instructed me to drop it off at a UPS Store with no need to repackage, so I did, along with a few other Amazon items. The next day, I checked the tracking, and all the items except the high priced item were scanned and on their way to Amazon. I called the store, and an employee told me, "Oh, the more expensive items get picked up by a different vehicle." That's a lie. It was the same employee who scanned the item from me and had shown interest in it. Days passed with no update. I called again, and they said it wasn't there. I contacted Amazon, and after a couple of days, they refunded me and said they had handled the situation. I have no idea what that entailed since the employee is still there, but I wouldn't trust this UPS Store at all. They also can't park.

I wrapped the shoe box up very carefully with, I thought was an approved method using heavy duty postal paper and clear postal tape . . I got to this UPS store and was told it had to be a box inside of a box. For a nominal fee, they would sell me a box. I said no, I went home and put the shoebox in the only box I had which was 10 times bigger than the shoe box and they took it. And you wonder why UPS is laying off 20,000 people.
