I feel like they helped us make the right decisions through the whole process, especially for system size to be able to keep our NEM1 status. The new roof looks great and works really well. I waited almost a year to write this review to make sure there wasn't any water intrusion during the winter storms - not a drop anywhere. They were in the mid-high range in pricing on the bids we got, but I'm happy we spent a little more went with them. Can a roof be sexy? Ours sure is. We liked the fact that they had been in business for a long time and they oversaw the project from start to finish. Our system is working great. We have experienced four blackouts by PG&E, which didn't affect us since we have the battery backup. A company is only as good as it's staff. We had excellent people from Westhaven working on our project. I want to give kudos to all the people we interacted with: We had John who was our salesperson he was always there day and night to answer our questions and take care of problems. The team leader for installation was Jerry. He and his team did a great job. The final inspector was Jason. All are great representatives for Westhaven. I also want to give special Kudos to Grace who works in administration. She notified us at different points in the installation to let us know when things were going to be done.
