They completed their flooring job in 1 and a half days!! When we called dispatch they sent someone out same day. Josh came and did his measurements and gave us a quote the same day. He is super professional and friendly. While I went shopping with Josh to make sure the right flooring I wanted was picked, they were able to get a crew out the same day to start demolition. The next day the crew came and started working on the flooring and baseboards. Eric is super courteous by the way he greets and communicates with us. Jordan and Eric went to town making sure the flooring was completed by the end of the day. Overall, for the time frame the job was completed the amount we paid was very reasonable. I will definitely be working with them again in the future. Thank you again to Josh, Eric, and Jordan for your hard work! Super punctual and professional. read more

10/10 highly recommend! Great communication from thr beginning. I explained my issues and they came out first thing in the morning to diagnose the issue. I really liked how they simplified and explained the issue! They immediately fixed the problem! Their prices are very much reasonable! read more

From start to finish they bent over backwards to make certain that everything was done as discussed and as safely as possible. The quality of their workmanship was excellent and their customer service excellent. Will definitely use them again. read more

Cannot say enough good things about the service I received yesterday. They came in yesterday and got all of my projects done from plumbing, electrical and general handyman projects. I can't thank them enough. read more

On time, knowledgable, fairly priced. These guys know what they're doing, and are absolutely "dependable"!

These guys are great! Both Jordan and Will were very professional and friendly. I appreciated how quick they resolved my issue. Thanks again! read more

My daughter had several problems, including musty odor, and poor heating in her Marysville home, Josh and his very capable helper arrived the following day, checked everything, went under the house and found insulation was off some of the ducts and 2 ducts were disconected. they fixed one but recommeded Burgers heating and air for the other as it was less accessible. They were very pleasant and professional and were not perturbed by my making them wait 15 minutes while I traveled from my house to my daughter/s. They also didn't charge me anything. They are amazing and I will definitely use them in the future, not because they didn't charge me, but because they really care about solving the problems. read more

Great guys, Will and Kyle. The office called ahead to let me know they would be at my home in 30 minutes, showed up on time as promised, assessed the problem with my kitchen drawers, fixed the problem and they were on their way. Very professional. Can't ask for better service than that. Would not hesitate to call them again. read more

This guy is a flake! He was suppose to call me to set up a time to move a couple safes and never did. It's been 3 weeks. I won't try this guy again read more

I'm sorry that you lost your records... Seems like poor organization on your part. I shouldn't have to prove anything. The jobs were done poorly done, plain and simple. read more

We had Brandon's men here today to replace our kitchen ceiling fan with light they were quick and efficient and polite. It was a job well done and of course we will be using them again. Thank You. read more

His guys showed up to take a look at a tub/shower replacement which was great and went back to talk to the owner. Well I never got a call back and my texts are falling on deaf ears. Surprised as they seemed professional at first. A simple "we can't do it" would been fine.. Won't do business in the future. read more

I have used Dependable Handyman Services twice and have been very happy with all services. Thank you so much.

I left voice messages 3 times in 7 days but I never received their call. If they are very busy at least they should return a call for refusing service. read more

I left a voicemail for a quote on some work I need done. Never got a call back. They must be extremely busy to not return a call.

Brandon and team was super responsive and quick in helping us out! Very professional and kind. Thanks!

Brandon was very professional and came as scheduled. The price that was quoted and on contract was incorrect but Brandon made it right. He was very polite but the workman was upset and went racing down the street when left. Which I did not appreciate. I would use Brandon again but I don't think he'd use me as customer. What do you do... read more

We've selected Brandon & his crew many times over the years. Always found them to be professional, friendly, punctual, communicative, hard-working, honest, fair, and having integrity. Presently, a monster sprinkler valve was diagnosed, fixed, tested..........repeat! This was a challenging job which demanded a redo because of location, 40 year old pvc pipe and system, plant roots, and tight working conditions. They got on it, did not give up, came back again, fixed the system, and now it works wonderfully and doesn't leak! Despite the challenges presented by this job, they rose to the occasion with the utmost of professionalism, energy, and get er' done attitude. Could not be more pleased! read more

The crew did an amazing job and were very informative. They came out to my house extremely fast for both my appointments and did quality work. I'll be trusting them to do future work on my house. read more

We used Brandon years ago before he got a contractors license and we're quite satisfied with his pricing, timeliness, and work qualify. So when we had a long list of handyman projects we contacted him again. The initial response was quick and although the pricing seemed quite high, we had them go ahead with the work. Many of the projects they completed were incomplete or completed wrong but we were told we would have to pay them more to come back to finish or fix their errors. For example, part of the project was to install 3 expensive wifi ceiling fans. At the end of the day they said 2 did not work and took one of them down And left the other inoperable before they left. The instructions from the manufacturer clearly stated to contact the manufacturer to trouble shoot installation problems, and when I contacted the manufacturer they said they could not help me unless the person installing called them while on site to walk through the problems. When I notified Dependable Handyman of this, they first ignored my attempts to contact them and then came back with new fees to reinstall and to contact the manufacturer. This should have been included in the original price. Another problem is that we had them replace an exterior security light. They did but placed it on the wrong setting so it is on dusk to dawn instead of motion activated. Again, they would charge us to come back and fix it and I do not have a ladder tall enough to reach it to do it myself. Other minor problems occurred, like installing light switches that didn't match, etc. we will not be using them again. read more

Had these guys come out and install a window AC unit for me - they were super friendly + helpful, plus got the job done quick which was awesome because we desperately needed it with the heat kicking up! 100% happy with the work and price for it! read more

This is a guy without a conscience. He ripped off my 97 year old mother while repairing a leaky faucet. This is how. Brandon knew well in advance that my mother needed the work performed. Brandon was also well aware that there is a program called FREED that would have paid for this work to be done for my mom. Brandon knows this because he has done work for FREED. Instead of advising my 97 year old mom about FREED, while we were waiting for parts to come in, Brandon gladly charged her $70.00 for his shoddy work. He also damaged her faucet and refused to make good on it. In addition, he charged my mom for fixing a motion detector light that still does not work. Stay far away from Brandon Brown. Oh, yeah. When I called Brandon to discuss this, his response was, "File a complaint." read more

I used Brandon's services last weekend and was very pleased and delighted with the quality of service. To back up this statement here are the following facts: 1) Brandon even showed up early to accommdate my desires for an appt. as early as possible on a Saturday. 2) Brandon was persistent in "figuring out" installation of a ceiling fan that had a rather complicated wiring set up and prevailed even though the wiring instructions were lacking. 3) Brandon charged what I thought was a fair price. 4) Brandon mentioned referrals for other future remodeling work that is beyond the handyman scope. Based on my experience, I will use Brandon again for other handyman work at my home. read more

Brandon came same day I called, said he would have his workman come two days later. Workman gave me estimate[ 200 dollars higher than what I ended up having work done by someone else] and told me that Brandon would put me on schedule. Never heard back from him. read more

A local furniture sales company damaged my home while delivering furniture. Their remedy was to send Brandon Brown and his crew out to fix it. This is how we met. I hired Brandon to hang a ceiling fan, install an automatic garage door opener and a door jamb that had been damaged as a result of a super-slam . . . That's another story for another time, though. Brandon showed up with his crew, all tools and parts on time and ready to work. They brought an energy and a level of professionalism that was reassuring. When I have more work for him, I will absolutely call him back. read more

I purchased a new condo and after taking possession of the house I notice that it was in need of some updating.. I was under a tight time frame to get these repairs done so I could start painting the house and then new flooring put in.. Brandon and his boys came to my home the same day I called them. They start work the very next day. They built a wall in my master bedroom, moved electrical outlets replaced celling fans and etc. All work was completed with in 4 days from the day I called him. He was also very gracious in leaving his scaffolding up in place for my painter to use. I highly recommend Brandon and his team. I will be honest and say that Brandon prices could be a little on the higher side but his speedyness was a big plus. I will be using his company in the future for some other work I still need done. This review of his service's was not asked for by Brandon. I rarely do these reviews. So when I do them I think they are highly warranted. Thank You Brandon and your team. See you soon. read more

Brandon recently helped me out with an emergency repair to a door. He was very courteous and his pricing was very reasonable. Workmanship was done very well, and best of all, he's a very trustworthy person. I'm glad I found him on yelp, and if I'm ever in need of some handyman services, I know where to turn. Give him a call and I'm sure you'll be glad you did too. read more

We had Brandon and his crew clean out our gutters and fix a gate for us. They did great work for us again.

I contact him on Monday, said he will be there Tuesday morning, Tuesday he leaves a messages saying he can't make it but will be by Wednesday at 9:00am. It's Wednesday afternoon and nothing. No phone call, guy/gal at my door ready to work, and has yet to return my calls. read more

It was so refreshing to meet professionals that actually fix things rather than try to sell me something. Brandon found a very dangerous electrical problem, installation error with our water heater and was able to fix it. One of those "lucky your house didn't burn down" situations. Actually caught fire as he was assessing the problem. Ironically, the "professionals" that were responsible for the bad wiring job had put a great big magnet on the water heater so we would always know who installed it. Very professional team, will certainly use them again in the future. read more

Josh and his crew showed up and moved out a massively heavy old stove and moved in a new one and hooked it all up. They also tore out an old built in oven and put in a new countertop, and moved out the old fridge. They also cleaned out gutters and installed gutter guards. They also moved out several large heavy pieces of furniture. They did it all in one morning - hard working, polite and efficient. Thank you Josh and crew! read more

Called Brandon last week and he agreed to an afternoon appointment. When he was one-hour late I called and my question asking him if he was running late went to VM. I asked to please call if he needed to re-schedule and I texted him. NO RESPONSE until the next day when he texted me with a text that was obviously for another client. When I pointed this out to him and asked when he was going to follow through with our appointment he texted back, "Sorry." That was it! No other callbacks or texts. This company might work out well for some folks and their work might even be good. I'll never know and I certainly can't recommend or refer them. Maybe they just overbook or make too many promises to too many potential customers. read more

I really hate to provide a negative review, but it can't be helped. I spoke with Brandon early last week and requested an estimate for some dry-rot repair. We set an appointment for Friday evening (9/18/2015). No one called or showed up at my home for the estimate. I sent them an e-mail because I thought my dates must have been mixed up, no response. I can't do business with them now, even if they show up for the estimate, because I can't even trust them to keep an appointment. It is a real shame, I would have provided them business/referrals for many years. Oh well....... read more

Brandon offered what others don't, he answers the phone when you call and he showed up when he said he was going to. That being said, he was true and honest with the scope of my project and provided referrals on the spot. I have called him for advice many times always helping me out and guiding me in the right direction.

My sister was in the process of selling her home and she needed a few repairs that had to be done before escrow closes, so she was referred to the Brandon Brown Handyman Services and they were there when she needed them. They showed up in a timely manner, did the repairs for her, and even did some extra help for her. Brandon, his son, and crew were so nice, generous, and funny and even answered all her questions that she had. I would highly recommend these guys for any major or minor repairs you have for your home and/or office. Thanks guys for helping out my sister. read more
