Three arrived fine, but one, a floor lamp, arrived broken in two pieces. Since then, I've made more than a dozen attempts to get compensation, including several visits to the store, phone calls to the UPS complaint numbers, and emails. I have an official "claim number" from UPS, but the only substantive response is a verbal reply from the store manager that they weren't able to provide any compensation for the loss.

From there, you select the file(s) you want printed and you can preview your work before clicking print. It tells you the estimated cost and gives you a solid preview of what's about to get printed, before you click print. Also, I do have a printer at home but I like coming here when I'm printing things that I want to show a high contrast of colors, or if there's a picture or logo on the paper since the ink quality is really nice compared to what prints at home.
