    I have been ordering from MyOfficeProducts for a about 4 months after receiving a phone call from a…read moresales rep. The 1st initail contact was great. As soon as I made my 1st order I was handed off to one person after another after another. Which would not be a problem if the items I ordered arrived anywhere near the time frame they promised. The prices were better than most so I tried to stick with it. Well then my account manager of hardly no time at all convinced me to sign up for "the vault" where you lock in discount pricing for 6 months (who knows what happens after that and they could not tell me!) I put my order in and all over the website it says Free Next Day Shipping. Well I made my order at 3pm on Monday. Tuesday goes by, no paper. Wednesday goes by, no paper. Thursday I call to check on the delivery. I was told that "The Vault" reps tried to reach me to confirm my order Tuesday. Why? I had been a customer for several months and confirmed all my information online when I had to re-enter everything for "The Vault." I was also told that they did not get the order in until Wednesday afternoon due to "The Vault" reps being bogged down. What?! From there I was promised that the paper would be here Thursday. Friday comes around the office is almost completely out of paper. I call and I'm told that I signed for the package at 4:01 AM Friday morning! Well that's news to me... I work 9am-5pm hours!!!! I was asleep at 4:01am Friday morning! They kept insisting that I had this paper and I signed for it! WOW! Eventually they said that they would re-ship the paper and not charge us extra. How can you charge us for something we never received? We still have the invoice that they sent immediatly after I placed the order. They did not need my confirmation to bill for for it. Why did they need my confirmation to put the order in. When I asked what were they going to do to compensate for the situation a discount on our next order... anything, seeing as how now we have to go buy paper until the order gets here on Monday (if it came on Monday which I highly doubt it would have). He said we can credit your account back and not send you any paper if that's what you would like. Yep, go ahead and do that! You just lost a customer!
