I had such a good experience. The young Caucasian lady with black hair (I wish I knew her name) was working so hard and diligently. There was another worker but he chose to continue whatever he was doing and not lend a hand. She remained professional and courteous as the line grew. I decided to drop my package off at an actual FedEx store although I appreciate its various drop off locations at Dollar General, CVS, etc which I have used in the past. But I didn't want to risk the package not being picked up or lost at any other location because I don't have $2500 to pay for a heart monitor. She gave me my confirmation tracking as requested. If i could give negative stars I would. I have been waiting at home all day from 8am for my package since it was showing Bernard was on the way. I refresh the delivery information at 8:15pm and see that it said recipient was not available at 7:24pm. Driver never attempted delivery. I never left my home. I ordered Cat litter from target have done 100 times never an issue, but this week was told was undeliverable! Contact shipper which I did and my Cat food I got delivered should have been in a box says Target Fed Ex delivered NO BOX. Was upset, Litter was in a box says Target, yet undeliverable says Fed Ex. A package was supposed to be delivered on June 8, 2024. The package never arrived. The driver said that I didn't live at the address that was stated on the box. I called customer care and they told me that I would receive the package next business day. Once again that didn't happen. This is not the first time, other packages never came to my door, it went to someone else's door. I called to FEDEX June 10th, now they tell me I need to call the company to get a code. FEDEX is holding my package as a hostage and will not deliver it, so it can stay at there facility. And as far as trying to speak to a supervisor or manager they won't transfer the call. These people who work at FEDEX are just like the Post Office. I will never use FEDEX again. These employees who work here are not helpful at all. read more

I used express delivery on Feb 4th for a very important package to send to the state. The state office is less than 10 min away from this Fed Ex location and somehow it's the 10th of February and my package still isn't delivered. This caused my information to miss an important review. I called several times on the 7th and 8th they reassured me it would be delivered but now have to start a delivery issue report. The initial worker handling my package was extremely incompetent. The other workers were slow to respond. Not to mention it costed $11 plus change. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Terrible read more

So I came here only needing to ship a small package, that I already had a preprinted label for. The young lady helping me literally took 15 minutes to even tape the box because she was talking to her co-worker about something that had nothing to do with the job. Then once she finally got the box taped, she forgot to add an item in the box, which I informed her I needed inside the box. So she took 5 minutes to find something she could use to open the box. Once she found some scissors , she not only cut the tape, she found it necessary to take every piece of tape off the box that she had placed on there (another 5 minutes). So yea 25 minutes watching this lady tape a box, untape a box, and retape a box. I'm going to assume she didn't want to be there and didn't care, or she was high but, c'mon FedEx, hire better workers. read more

I live in Colorado and was visiting family in Georgia. Decided to send some stuff back via FedEx, I use FedEx a lot in Colorado and I've never been unsatisfied. However, this time was different. My package was 2 days past the day of commitment. My friend and I both recall the FedEx employee telling me my stuff would arrive Wednesday the 11th, I got to FedEx Saturday, the 6th at 9 am right when they opened. My receipt does not have a day of commitment which I thought was strange. However, when Wednesday came to an end, I called FedEx customer service and was told my stuff would be delivered Thursday, the following day. It was not. Today is Friday and my stuff has finally arrived. Except, the box was upside down, I asked the lady at FedEx to put "fragile" stickers on my boxes, told her I would pay extra if need be. There were no stickers, and the box, which had numerous breakables, looked like this when it arrived. You will noticed I used a Walmart box. I asked the lady if she recommended I transfer all my stuff into one of their boxes and she said it wouldn't matter either way. The box itself was taped in a way that does not ensure my package is safe. This is ridiculous. Thankfully none of my items were broken, at least not that I've seen. I spent over 100$ to have my stuff shipped and this does not look as though it was shipped with any care at all. Highly disappointed. read more

Went here to get ANotarty Stamp for important papers the young gentleman was very professional.

I was out of town and needed print and scan services for a document to be signed and returned. I arrived about 7 PM, the location was busy, but the staff acknowledged my arrival and asked if they could be of assistance. They showed me the computer system kiosks, showed me how to get started, provided assistance during a snag, provided guidance to avoid unnecessary printing expenditures, and refunded the unused time on my card. All and all, I received very good service during a busy period in their store. The staff attitude was workmanlike (versus upbeat), this was fine with me. What made a difference was the extra mile they went at a couple of points in my visit to ensure my experience was successful AND cost efficient. Should I find myself in the area again with a similar need, I will use them again. read more

This would be a great location to open up a copy, mail, package business. I wonder why no one's thought about that before? They must hire their employees right off the turnip truck. Not very bright and I'm not talking about the lighting. Customer service isn't their strong suit. Neither is printing apparently. I came in at about 11 with a special order for color print to be printed on name tags stickers, and the printer that I used wasn't working/had an error message so it took about 20 minutes after I alerted the staff to get the issue fixed, another 20 minutes to get a price check on a specific item and then another 20 minutes to finally have a solution on the items that I printed. Then I ordered for those sticker prints which they can only do in the back, to be printed, and I was told that their printer was not fixed and not working and that I could come back in the afternoon. Now here is the issue, I explained to the gentleman behind the counter that if they really could be printed that I could come in and pick them up in the afternoon but the issue is I live about 35 minute drive away in a rural area and that it would be a hassle to come in if they were not done. He said to me I will call you when they are done and it should be this afternoon. But about 330 still no call and I drove in only to find that they were not complete, And quite frankly this is associate could not have cared less. What a huge disappointing waste of time, why doesn't fed ex get a staff that cares? read more

No hassle or extra paperwork, refund charge-backs, demand to see receipt which I had misplaced etc. - got the correct prints for the original price which was undoubtedly cheaper + the original wrong prints. The service here is great! The person who helped me got me started with the variety of copy jobs I had and made sure I had what I needed to get my job done efficiently. My wife and I will definitely use them again. read more
