I needed to ship Christmas presents across the country so I decided to go to UPS. I got there at…read moreopening time (8 AM) and there was no wait. The employee helping me was very nice and patient. If you need to ship things, I recommend coming right at opening!! I was only here for less than 10 minutes but there was already a line of 5+ people as I was leaving. I also recommend writing down the names/addresses you're shipping items to on a paper in order to make it quicker and easier for the employee. For COVID, the employees are wearing masks, there's a divider between you and the employee, and there's social distancing markers on the floor. I have always had good service here so I will be coming back!
