I visited the store on January 26, 2023 at approximately 10:15 am. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by employee NGZR-ZEBULON ROAD. I entered the store thinking that my phone screen was cracked; however, after accessing my phone, The employee offered to check and see if my screen protector was damaged instead and come to find out it was my screen protector this honest assessment saved me hundreds of dollars; however, the employee was more concerned about me as a customer than a larger commission and for that I am forever grateful. This employee was very professional, polite, honest, and knowable not only about the issue with my phone but as well as other options I was interested and inquiring about. The store was very clean and had the items I needed to purchase to resolve my issue. This employee made sure that I felt secure and comfortable with the product I had and assured me that if there were any future issues with any products I purchased she and her co-workers are willing to resolve my issues. read more

My sister was a consumer cellular customer and her Android stopped making calls and receiving calls about 3 weeks ago. She called the Consumer Cellular help line and they picked up without extensive wait time. Only problem - they could not solve the problem. We scheduled an appointment with Geek Squad at Best Buy (had to wait a Week for appointment. They identified that the Android phone had gone bad. We went to Verizon store on Zebulon Road in Macon, GA where a Kelly waited on us. Bought an Apple 13 Pro and Kelly handled all the coordination with Consumer Cellular to keep same number and cancel our subscription. Even found us a $200 rebate gift card. It took about an hour and half but flowed smoothly and my sister is very pleased. read more

Greeted and attended to as soon as I entered the office. I required a glass shield for my LG60 dual screen? There wasn't one that was specifically designed for the dual screen, but a suitable substitute was on hand, applied and I was on my way. The entire visit lasted only 15 minutes; we talked basketball and GOAT legitimacy while I waited for the attendee to apply the shields to both sides of the dual screens. We went to the store wanting to get information about the phones and plans offered by Verizon and, after having visited two other providers, ended up deciding on Verizon, thanks to Mr. Tom Wood. Brought my cell phone in for repair and was upgraded for $6.00 (after trade-in) with a truly nice phone! Lakesha Seay was my sales associate and did a super job (a 12 out of 10).
