The account is in my husband's name so the salesman wouldn't accept them, claiming he couldn't look up the account (though I had all info and my husband's SSN). I even had my new phone so he could see my number on the account but he wouldn't take them. Absolutely ridiculous - I was simply turning in phones that had already been approved for trade-in!). Now I have to make time to get back over there again after dealing with customer service to get my name added to the primary account holders so they'll accept them. Next time, we'll just order phones online and skip Verizon entirely. Not worth the hassle and time.

I had the best possible experience with a phone issue at this store. I spent an hour and a half on…read morephone with customer service in the store (to no fault of the in store associates) and Brandon game to check on me immediately after I hung up to see if the problem was resolved. It wasn't and I had to return to the store later to try again. This time, Quent & Jermaine helped me and after another hour on hold for customer service, Quent took matters into his own hands and finally got it solved for me!!! The icing on the cake of this experience was Quent calling me the next day to follow up and make sure my phone was working properly. I told him I noticed it was still a bit off so he walked me through how to fix it over the phone and I'm officially good to go now! The BEST customer service!!!

However, after speaking with the manager Lauren she's completely changed my outlook on this company. She really gives true meaning to "one bad apple doesn't spoil the bunch". She took the time to listen to my complaints without invalidating them. I really appreciated that. I always feels awkward when I have to complain about a service, and she let me know that she understood. She even spoke with her supervisor (the owner) about the situation and came up with a very helpful solution. I'm really thankful to them as well as the young man who worked on my iPad the 2nd time.
