They overcharge you for cell service. My bill went from 228.00 to 344.00 in three months. No one to help us out and no real good answer to why it went up so much. I had the best possible experience with a phone issue at this store. I spent an hour and a half on phone with customer service in the store (to no fault of the in store associates) and Brandon game to check on me immediately after I hung up to see if the problem was resolved. It wasn't and I had to return to the store later to try again. This time, Quent & Jermaine helped me and after another hour on hold for customer service, Quent took matters into his own hands and finally got it solved for me!!! The icing on the cake of this experience was Quent calling me the next day to follow up and make sure my phone was working properly. I told him I noticed it was still a bit off so he walked me through how to fix it over the phone and I'm officially good to go now! The BEST customer service!!! read more

Worst than Cox, if that's possible. Moved to a house that unfortunately is served by ATT's U-Verse. U must stand for useless. I have yet to speak to any rep on the phone who doesn't speak English in a heavy accent to the point you have to ask them to repeat it. Since this house did not have Internet, ATT installed it for the low, low price of $100 bucks in three easy payments which was lie number one. The guy on the phone kept trying to get me to change my cell phone to ATT even after I told him I was with T Mobile and still paying for that phone. Rep missed the target window for install, no compensation for me waiting extra time for their mess. Billed the full month and $100 THREE WEEKS later, not four. I still have yet to receive an reason from this horrible company why I was billed so early. Also, on the split the instill into three, was told that because it had already went out, they couldn't do anything. Finally decided to drive all the way over to the fancy ATT store on Riverside to be told that they don't deal with the Internet part, only cell phone part. She dialed the number, talked to them and put this horrible woman on the line with an accent. I finally banged the phone on the counter to shut the woman up on the phone as she kept making no sense, wouldn't listen and was a broken record. I hung up on her. Here's where the local staff was wrong but right. I was having trouble setting up email with ATT. He suggested just using GMail. Really, I'm paying for that service so why should I use GMail. Man, was he right. To this day, they are still having trouble and the email works then doesn't. Only good thing to come out of this was I thought the local guy was going to try to sell me on their cellphones. When he asked who my carrier was anad I said T Mobile, he just said "oh." No more asking to switch. This was true that T Mobile was better until this latest Android update which is killing their phones. I have had trouble with this Internet since day one. I wasn't told that I'd be in a one-year contract. I was told it was fiber optic which is kind of right but kind of wrong. I was told the install of a $100 bucks would be split into three payments which was a lie. Everything they say is a lie. You have to rent their modem at $10 bucks a month. You are not allowed to buy your own. Wasn't told I got a ten-dollar discount at the start per month so that goes off in a year raising the price of their tin can network even more. It goes out daily. In fact, it goes out more than I do. Never get close to the data caps because it goes out or they throttle it or whatever. They just don't want you using the net. I have seen dial up faster. I've had three techs out here. First one said there was a problem on the line. Another said it was fine but why should the google search page take a minute to load? I see Cox trucks in the area. As much as I hate Cox, ATT is by far worse. I still have my modem from when I had Cox and the moment I can go to Cox, I'll leave ATT (A Terribile Telephone Co.) Few employees understand that ATT was what was Ma Bell. It was broken up because it became a monopoly and too powerful. What do I see here? Their way or the highway? Now let me say something positive about ATT. I'm positive that they're worse than Comcast and Cox combined. It will be with great pleasure when the class action lawsuits start rolling in on them for unfair trade practices. read more

A staff member damaged our iPad today. The staff member attempted to place blame on us. The manager stated there was nothing that they could do for us. Once the manager realized we weren't going away satisfied with his response, he retreated to the back to call another manager for quite some time. The only solution given was to cover a small portion of the large insurance deductible after we pay for the repair. Absolutely not okay with the service and the way the staff and manager behaved during the ordeal. Poor customer service. Bad business ethics. Incompetent staff. read more
