You do see people parking in the road but I'm not going to get a ticket for blocking the roadway. They don't take all insurance. Maybe they changed but they don't take that GoodRX. The worst thing about this is MISS cleo. She's hateful, disrespectful, just rude as can be and it kills her soul to speak to you to say hello. She dyes her hair black and looks like an elderly Morticia from the Addams family. Then you have the little dude who used to work the counter. Such long hair. Maybe they should pay him enough so he can buy product so it won't look like he's being electrocuted with the frizzies? Last time I saw him, he had a coat on with the pharmacies name that was like four times too big. I guess he's not worth or going to hang around long enough to get a coat that fits him. Things started going down hill when that Amanda left. She was nice but vain. Then you have the little girls who think they're a 10 but really like a 3 who think every guy who comes in is going to hit on them. Rarely, do you ever get anyone in there that can just say hello, glad to see you or whatever. It's old MISS cleo with her grating voice hollering "NAME!" They still have that plastic sheet up from the pandemic. Maybe it's to keep MISS cleo from grabbing the customers? Granted, I do find it interesting to hear her regale her times during the war, the War Between The States, that is. There really isn't much of a wait time when you go there. I figure a lot of customers got tired of the attitude and went somewhere else. Even the doctor I go to in that same building, know of them and how difficult they can be. You have to watch MISS Cleo. If you have a drug that has refills on it, she'll refill it for you if you don't ask. This was a controlled substance. I had to tell my doctor about this. I told her I had a part bottle and two unopened bottles of this stuff. It made it look like I had been using very little of this med for years and then suddenly maxing out on it. She said to look at meds at the counter and to refuse them if they pulled that again. Miss cleo's hairis jet black. It's really quite a site to see. No one but her hairdresser and everyone in town knows for sure. Do yourself a favor, if you're looking for a pharmacy, you haven't found one in this joint. I did contact the licensing board over this old gal. The board either issues or revokes. They don't mediate. I came very close to filing a complaint against them.

I'm not always the best customer to deal with. Never rude just late way too much. I won't go into my personal life but it has been in a vice for many years and contributes to my tardiness to say the least. They always greet me with a smile and go far beyond the call of duty to make sure they are doing everything in their power to be a great place to do business. If you're debating which pharmacy to use, debate no more. I manage one of my family's store and I've been doing customer service for almost 20 years. No one and I mean no one, adds up to these folks. They have all the high-end brands like Prada, Ray-Ban, Tiffany and many more. The staff is helpful when it comes to making my final decision. I have purchased sunglasses and eye glasses from here and have been pleased with everything. I love that they have flexible hours and that I can schedule my exams on Saturday since I live almost an hour away. This location is always organized and clean. Their business is tricking people…read more That $20 promo turns into their first offering of a $500 package. Then as you are forced to remove poses, they slowly lower the price. We dropped 95.2% of the 63 photos taken, to end up with SIX lonely pictures - BUT we were going to also get a disk and we could print more later..... that's what they don't tell you. Six pictures for about 6 times what we expected to be spending today. Six pictures was the minimum amount of photos to receive a disk with photos that we were told we could use as we like. So, we did not continue to get rid of any more pictures - however - the disk is useless. The disk is such low-quality resolution prints that they are only good to view on a mobile device. ---- This is aggravating. Terrible customer service, but the pictures were much better than expected. I called corporate to try to get what we had been sold - high-resolution photos - and they said that the photographer was wrong. Instead of offering to fix anything, the customer service rep just immediately said that she would issue a complaint against the photographer for not following protocol. I asked about a promotion on their corporate webpage that says "high resolution with copyright release" - she said it looks like you didn't get that one. Customer service said I could return the prints and the useless disk that we paid for and get a store credit. So disappointed with this experience. Now I can either accept paying $130 for a few prints of six photos or return everything for a store credit and go through the hassle again.
