Roland was a good salesperson to have when shopping for 2 upgraded phones and internet service. We were even able to take our trade-ins back home to make sure everything transferred to our new phones. The issue came today when I attempted to take the trade-ins back to the store. The account is in my husband's name so the salesman wouldn't accept them, claiming he couldn't look up the account (though I had all info and my husband's SSN). I even had my new phone so he could see my number on the account but he wouldn't take them. Absolutely ridiculous - I was simply turning in phones that had already been approved for trade-in!). Now I have to make time to get back over there again after dealing with customer service to get my name added to the primary account holders so they'll accept them. Great service .Although you are waitlisted it does help to make appointment.The guy that speaks Spanish is great .Really helped us get what we wanted and we did grab some. Accessories that weren't compatible with my items by accident.I was worried they would over charge me for the exchange and they were able to get the items I wanted with free exchange .Also even helped my parents in California with their phones to upgrade to a better deal. read more

Was there for 45 minutes and the only customer in store, addressed, and then forgotten about while two other customers were taken care of who walked in 30 minutes after me. Once again the service I have come to expect from Verizon. After being asked to come by the store to discuss issues with my service nothing. Waited about 40 minutes an finally gave up and left. I am or will be a former 18 year customer and that means absolutely zero to Verizon. I went to the store with an issue involving insurance not being added to my account as requested (I have a confirmation saying it would be added). I prefer to deal with Verizon online so that I can have documentation to back up what is said/promised however they were the ones that told me I needed to get this handled in a store by one of their "friendly" representatives. The lady that first helped me was not friendly and only argued with me and was not at all interested in helping me. She got her manager and he promised me he resolved the issue only to find out a week later, the issue was not resolved and he had never done what he said he would do. I had to call Verizon back and start all over before the issue was resolved. I hate getting the runaround. Poor customer service at this location. I recommend trying another location. I was so ill in regards to my experience with them I wanted to drop Verizon altogether but they are the only provider with decent service where I live so I have no real option but to stay with them and they know it so they don't put forth any effort to please the customer and do the right thing. read more

I had a GREAT experience in this store, and always have...that is why I drive past multiple other Verizon stores to come to this one each time. The MULTIPLE experiences I have had with MULTIPLE members of their staff have always been great! Really, very unsure of the previous posts and why they only had negative things to say (I guess some people search out negativity!) if i could rate this place a 0, i would. the only people worth employing are Alexandra and Jenna; the other people seem to not know how to work customer service or even work in a business manner. we have been here for an hour without being approached by any associate, they have all looked our way and mumbled while not doing anything else. i have never seen such terrible management. this place is not even worth having built. read more

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I've never seen a sales staff so eager to make a buck at the expense of the customer in my life. I caution everyone visiting this location to ask multiple questions before EVER paying for a thing. I think they're quick to give you a total without explaining what you're actually paying for. Also check online prices before going to the store to make sure you're getting the right price. They tried charging me over $130 for my free phone upgrade when the website had it listed for free. After showing them this, they became very rude and never even apologized. Another time they tried to convince me I'd get a free speaker with a certain phone but failed to mention it actually cost me my rebate of $50 - not free! I've also witnessed staff complaining about when they could clock out right in front of me and seen them talk back to customers. Please be careful and don't be afraid to be stern when dealing with these people! Don't let their "friendly" demeanor weasel away your hard earned money! read more
