Ok, so, here it goes. Very friendly ladies.. however, they do not know what a deep cleaning is…read more After they had "finished" cleaning, Kayley, did a run through with me of the house. So say the least, stainless steel appliances were left unclean. The mirrors in every room weren't clean properly, the garbage was not picked up in every room, the dining room table was not clean properly, there was food particles and dust left behind, the beds were not going to get fixed unless told to do so. In their deep cleaning description they stated that the inside and out of the dishwasher and refrigerator would be clean, and that the doorknobs and blinds throughout the house would be cleaned but that was not done. After we went through the house, they did come back and fixed what I just mentioned. After they left my home, I was doing my makeup to leave the house and my husband side of the sink counter in the master bedroom had hair. Again, the ladies were very nice but they lack experience in the expectations after charging 405.00 for the "deep cleaning" of my home. Unfortunately, will not be using them again

He not only refunded the full amount of the initial cleaning, but the manager from this area brought the refund check to me and apologized for the inconvenience. Although the cleaning part didn't work out, the customer service side was on point and greatly appreciated. I'm now thinking this misstep with me was a one-off and not their usual mode of operation. Thank you again for responding and handling this in a kind and professional manner.

I was expecting great things based on reviews, website presence, and prompt response to my initial…read moreinquiry. 3 people came to do the first "initial, deep clean." The cost: $250. Understandable that a first cleaning might be more, but they only did a "general cleaning," - not a deep clean like was described to me, and they were a no-show on the 2nd scheduled cleaning date. No show, no call, no response to my messages and inquiries. I'm not sure what happened, but I would have never paid $250 for a one-time clean for my small place. I feel that it was some kind of scam, bait & switch...something is just not right about what happened. I did send an email about my concerns, to which the reply was, "contact the manager." I'd already tried that - with no return call or message. Giving bad reviews is not my usual, but with this one, consumers beware. This is Wifesavers in Lizella, GA.
