Ebony at this UPS location is fantastic. I brought in a package today to return to Amazon; however, the store didn't have WiFi, therefore, I could not access the QR code. To that end, I would have had to pay myself to return the package to Amazon. Ebony went out of her way to help me. She was able to access WiFi on the store's computer and then I went into my Gmail account to access the e-mails from Amazon to obtain the QR code. She did not have to do this for me, yet despite many customers in the store she took time to make this special assistance to me. To the owner of this particular UPS store, in my opinion you have a dedicated, professional and very efficient worker in this young woman. In addition, she is very polite. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was immediately greeted upon arrival with 20 + individually wrapped gifts for my grandchildren. Although the store was PACKED, Ebonie patiently and lovingly packaged all my gifts. She was very efficient in wrapping everything in 2 boxes.
