Truly don't understand the low ratings...I shop Amazon so I use this location to return items and I have two businesses so that means lots of packages...the staff there are professional, fast, and know what they are doing...Whoever is training the staff there keep up the good work...It's a young African American male and a Caucasian man that there are there almost EVERYTIME I go and they are just good spirited people...always trying to help the customers (not just myself but other customers that come in also)...it's a busy store but they get you in and out...highly recommended read more

This review is for their fingerprinting service through Gemalto/Cogent. Excellent and speedy service. The agent provided me with some hand sanitizer prior to fingerprinting me and then got everything finished within 2 minutes. Best fingerprinting experience I've had. read more

My husband even witnessed an employee roll her eyes when I commented that I was trying to figure out if they had a better option to the box we brought in. Rude and condescending customer service.

I'm not sure which UPS store in Macon, GA this would apply to, but this needs to be known. On March 12, 2021 we sent a birthday card with a VISA gift card inside to our granddaughter in Macon, GA from our our local UPS store in Canton, GA. We purchased a medium size "bubble" Manila envelope and paid for ground shipping. We were informed her gift card would be delivered no later than March 15th. We checked tracking on the 14th and it showed her package had been received at a Macon UPS store and was in transit to her address. After almost a week of her package "in transit" we contacted our UPS store and the Owner/Manager followed up with the same results. They contacted us to let us know they filed a claim for our lost package and will ONLY refund us the cost of shipping. So, to the low life thief who decided to take her gift as his/her own, I hope you choke on whatever it is you spent it on. And UPS? You just lost all of my trust and business. I did not send it by way of USPS for this very reason, as gift cards I've sent in the past NEVER made it to their destination. FedEx it is. Shame on you UPS Macon, GA. read more

This store is a last resort only. Their prices for any service are extremely high. As an example, a 68% markup on U.S. postage is pretty outrageous (for what? weighing my parcel and printing the postage?). The only thing I will use this store for in the future will be drop off of prepaid UPS packages. read more

Stay away at all costs. The manager (as others before me have reported) is very rude, very disrespectful, and does not understand the meaning of customer service (says he's not accusing me of lying, but either the employee, who he put on the line to confirm his own opinion of what happened, or possibly lose his job), or I'm lying. By the way, as I found out 4 days after I mailed an OVERNIGHT package to Canada (in which I confirmed with the employee taking my money that it would get there either "overnight or Saturday at the latest, if customs holds it up"...his words), UPS has suspended all delivery guarantees. I only found this out AFTER there was a problem, from the manager. So, if you send it overnight, it doesn't really mean it will get there overnight (or even allow 1 extra day for customs), and if you really needed it there overnight...too bad. Oh, and don't count on the delivery driver actually delivering it to the person you sent it to, particularly in a gated community, even if you gave them 2 phone numbers and the gate code. With COVID, it might just be too much of a pain for them to do it, so they'll leave a note on the outside gate, and tell you it's being delivered to an alternative location that the person getting it will have to get to on his/her own. That will delay your package another day (unless in our case, we made many hours of phone calls to get it delivered to an alternative site the same day, because the 5th day would have been too late. And, back to the UPS Store. Just confirming that everyone reading this understands that the UPS Store is NOT owned or operated by or responsible in any way, shape or form to UPS (even though it's name is clearly the same!) The UPS Store will not tell you that (unless you knew to ask...but"who knew?") and then if you have a problem with delivery, you have to deal with the UPS Store itself. Which is where dealing with this manager comes in. He wasn't there. He didn't hear what I had actually been told (I would have taken my package to FedEx, had I known that it wasn't going to get to the person until 4 - 5 days later.) But, instead, he put his employee in a position to fear for his job to have to say yes or no that he told me "Saturday at the latest" (never mind that he didn't tell me that the service guarantee for UPS was suspended, and in the end this manager does not seem to understand that in so doing, he accused ME (the customer) of lying. Just curious why anyone would purchase an overnight package with no guarantee when it will arrive, had they known. You can do that for cheaper with the USPS. Oh, and I won't be the slightest bit surprised if the manager starts trashing me in his response, because I tried to resolve this with him, but by the end, I couldn't even follow what he was saying, because virtually everything was turned around. read more

Very rude owner. He saw me walk in the store and walked off to the back. Another customer came in after me then he walked up to help her and skipped all over me like I wasn't there. He said it was because I was on the phone. I run and business just like he does and I know how to conduct myself on the phone and tell whom ever I'm on the phone with to hold on while I ship a package. Then he proceeds to tell me that my item needed to be in a box on which it was in a box. I will never do business here again. read more

I sent equipment back to AT&T from this location and I'm now battling with AT&T who indicated all the equipment wasn't returned. I have no use for any equipment. They only confirmed 2 pieces were returned, but I provided 3 pieces. This really pisses me off, because I'm charged for something I returned. We are getting into the Christmas shipping season and Ebonie was the only employee in the store. She was FANTASTIC! She handled a long line of customers in a professional and personable manner, multi-tasking each step of the shipping process for each customer simultaneously while never missing a beat. In the middle of all that she got a call from a not-too-bright shipper who had not shipped from Ebonie's store nor did the caller have a tracking number, but wanted Ebonie to find her package. Ebonie handled that call with grace and aplomb while serving her other customers. AWESOME! read more
