I waited in a line with eight people and one young lady serving all of us. One customer returned about 50 items to Amazon. By the time I left, there were at least 12 people in line. The young lady was okay enough but I really can't imagine having that volume of customers. I returned three items to Amazon successfully, but I am not at all pleased that I had to pay $1.08 for a small strip of tape that took 3 seconds to apply. I went to the office on Tuesday to ship a package paid extra for insurance and signature had discussions about how important it was for it to be there upon receipt no later than Thursday hand the receipt circled the tracking and was sent out my door. Come to go tracking it and it was shipped ground which is indicated that on my receipt, but that's not what I paid for and unfortunately UPS has no information to provide me on where my package is even though it's got insurance and signature approval all it shows in the tracking is that label was made on Tuesday the 25th And here it is on the 27th with no information updated. It's absolute bullshit. I will never use your services again. read more

Woo! This was the first Monday, mid-morning trip here. And, whoa! Was I surprised to see the crowd! There were 8 people ahead of me. And, only 1 clerk. Not sure if new owners have taken over , but noticed the last few times I have been in this place, the man that's been there for years , is no longer there , he was always very nice and informative. This is one of the worst UPS stores I have been to. Last time I was there they wanted to charge $4.00 to print a 1 page return label. Today I stopped to drop of Amazon returns and they had closed early; there was no sign up, just closed. I go in THE UNITED PARCEL SERVICE STORE on August 12, 2023, and the owner's wife or sister mistreated me by charging me money for a piece of tape then she cursed me out and threatened me. Amazon policy with United Parcel Service is to not charge for label and packaging. These people are wrong as she cursed and kicked me out after she realized I caught on to her/their scheme. This scheme they have has been going on for years and they need to go to jail and pay for their crime. I went today to return an item and one young girl told another to throw me out and to call the police. The duty of I as a citizen is to not allow business to break company policies. Can you imagine how much money they have made just by charging for a piece of tape? I am a customer who is so turned off by their criminal actions, the department, Amazon and U.P.S. Corp. has NOW control of this case. I will sue them for their mistreatment, and I CANNOT forgive nor forget. I was asked by U.P.S. Corp. on how to handle this situation? I recommended new management as you can you imagine the extra money and bad attitudes projected by these characters. The white male is ok as HE IS RESPECTEABLE. I went over the weekend and MADE A RETURN TO AMAZON AND HAD no problem. I came to the store hoping to get some info on a package that was supposed to have been delivered to me. The status for the order was "On the Way" and it also said the shipment was received and package acceptance was "pending" in town for 6 days. The worker at the desk condescendingly asked "How do you know it's here?" I was polite and my tone was mild so I'm not sure why they were so unpleasant about it. read more

This UPS doesn't pay their employees minimum wage, and also practices withholding ages owed because of employee disputes. The owners are currently being looked into by the Department of Labor. I usually use the UPS store for my Postal Service needs as well as other shipping options. Today I tried to send a small package 1st class mail. Either the girl was not properly trained so she knew what to do or she wanted to send UPS regardless of what I told her. She informed that you no longer did the Postal Service there and you were only UPS store. I pointed out on the sign above counter that it said Postal Service and I was informed if I needed to have Postal Service I needed to go to Post Office. read more

You must be the guy I saw in the parking lot that week shouting profanities with children around while dumping a large box of packing foam all over the place (which is littering and is a criminal offense). Incompetent employee. Could not figure out to cut down the size of the box to ship my items. Constructed this ridiculously large box and gave a price of $85 for the box and $250 to ship. Sucked up the cost of the box, cut it down myself and shipped it for $50. Do not use this store. Pack it yourself and go to UPS.com and create your own shipment. read more

The Indian Guy who works there is very rude! He would not even spare an extra piece of tape to make sure my package was secure. He rushed me the entire time and was snappy. He didnt' even acknowledge my request to make sure my box was sealed securely. The package may not be valuable to them but it was valuable to me!
