I needed to ship Christmas presents across the country so I decided to go to UPS. I got there at opening time (8 AM) and there was no wait. The employee helping me was very nice and patient. If you need to ship things, I recommend coming right at opening!! I was only here for less than 10 minutes but there was already a line of 5+ people as I was leaving. I also recommend writing down the names/addresses you're shipping items to on a paper in order to make it quicker and easier for the employee. For COVID, the employees are wearing masks, there's a divider between you and the employee, and there's social distancing markers on the floor. Went in with a Amazon return; turns out my particular return was not able to be scanned via QR code. I have handled returns at the UPS on Highway 96 that have just been scanned via QR code in the past so that was my bad for not reading the return email closer and realizing it was not eligible for a no-box-no-label return. However, I have never been spoken to in a more condescending manner. The other customer being helped in the store by another employee even looked up to acknowledge the way the associate spoke to me as I attempted to ask an additional question and was responded to with "have a nice day". read more

I'm a frequent UPS shipper. I have repeatedly found the staff at this store to be poorly trained and less than polite. On my last visit, I had an international shipment, so I asked for a customs form. Nobody at the store knew what it was. When I explained, they said they didn't have one. I said "you gave me one last time." They asked where it was going. I told them. The clerk said "you realize that's going to cost over $100.00 right?" as though she thought I would be surprised. Then I was told that if I already had a shipping label, I didn't need a customs form. Today I got a call from UPS in kentucky - they need a customs form or they're going to return the package. So I had to hurry up and dash one off and send it via email. All that could have been avoided with better trained staff. Problems like this are typical of this location. When I lived 5 miles further North, I used to go 10 miles out of the way to go to the location in Macon just to avoid dealing with this location. read more

Average customer service--sometimes they are friendly, sometimes not. If there is a line, you should prep to wait a a bit of a wait, as it can be pretty slow. They do have PO Boxes there and a USPS drop box. You can also buy stamps there. It is generally clean. Be wary of peak times for parking and the customer rush. read more

I have used several other like facilities who claim to be the best and the cheapest, but for whatever reason you folks beat them "hands down"! I am stating this statement on several mailings of like weight and size. Thought that all shippers were about the same, but was grossly wrong. I ship frozen perishables, about 4 times a year to friends, and have had total success using your facility every time and at a fraction of the cost. Never Never use this location. I took two different printed labels for an Amazon book rental return. They scanned one of the tracking labels twice. I have the drop off receipt to prove it. Amazon said they did not receive the second book and now I am being charged the full cost of the book. I showed the manager or owner my proof. He basically told me I gave them the same label and could not prove it otherwise. Great customer service sir. I tripled checked that I had 2 different labels. Thanks for taking responsibility for your employees mistake and costing me more than one hundred bucks. read more

I took my RSVP and wedding invites to them to be printed. The normal ppl who work behind the counter are sluggish and could care less if you get waited on. When I was talking to one, she put her hand up and said hold on and walked off. She talked to another associate about personal stuff for a minute then she went and got the person I needed to talk to. He was very professional and nice. He printed from my usb a sample of what my stuff would look like on their paper I told him it looked great and he told me to give him about 2 hours. He had it done and called me within an hour and he showed everything to me to make sure I liked what he had done. He is a great person to work with. Now the manager she showed rudeness to the employees in front of everyone. An employee approached her about an applicant that was on the phone in regards to applying for a job. The manager was irritable as all you know what and proceeded to go off on her for no reason. It was very unprofessional. read more
