I came here to get my Iphone back camera repaired after going to about 5 other phone repair places here in Warner Robins. Everywhere else in Warner Robins gave me the excuse of it wouldn't be done by today or they don't have the part which was horrible because I'm going on vacation TODAY. But I came here and there were no questions asked! It took them about 20 minutes tops and i was out. They are also very courteous and they have very reasonable prices! In November 2018, I called them to see if they worked on computers. They said yes. Dropped off desktop tower. After approx. a week, they say hard drive is bad and computers don't last many years. He says he will try to save my pictures/videos. I go buy a new computer and leave it with him for a week or better. He says he couldn't save the pictures/videos. ( And the tower was not totally put back together.) I leave thinking the hard drive is fried and it's hopeless. About 5 weeks later I took it to a computer place I had used 2 times before for unrelated issues. He did a great job and reasonable prices. The reviews for this place were not good so I thought the guy had replaced his good help or sold it. That's why I did not take it there for 3rd time. Literally one minute after I place the tower on the counter of the 2nd computer repair place, he hooks it up to a monitor and says there is your info. Then he takes it over to another device and hooks it up and says, all you need is another hard drive. That was on a Friday at 330. Monday before lunch he called to say its ready. Should have taken it there to begin with. I spent alot of money on a new computer and then $200 to fix old one. I bought a desk and router for 2nd computer. Wow. Lessons learned. They may be jam up on phones, but not at all on computers. They might want to take that off the website. read more
