They're not all on the same page. One employee says they use apple parts (ONLY reason I went to…read morethem in the first place) and it was convenient at the time, but when I called back another employee said they don't after I still had to send my phone in to apple care. So now I've paid fuck up & style $224 for nothing and still have to pay apple $169 to REALLY fix my phone which I shouldn't have to pay at all but my apple warranty is now void because of a third party part f&s put in. If you already have a warranty it's not worth going to them, I recommend taking the time and getting it done the right way

One star but that's only because I can't post zero. This guy was all about fixing my phone and…read morebeing paid (and it was at least twice what I expected it to be) but scurried away before I could ask a few questions about the parts he replaced - at least I think he did - who knows what he did to/with it out in his car - and several alerts on my phone that took a lot of fiddling to figure out. And he'd promised to bring and install a special screen protector but said he "didn't know " I needed one when we specifically talked about it when making the appointment. He said he'd come back the next day to put that on but was never heard from again. The receipt was not itemized so I don't know exactly what I paid for and if I paid for the screen protector that he promised but did not provide. After that, he would not respond to my calls, voicemails and texts. He got his money, I guess that's all he cares about. Use at your own risk. UPDATE: I've just noticed that the crack in my screen is still there, just less obvious. Dude took $200+ to do essentially nothing. Maybe I should have followed him out to his raggedy car to make sure he actually did the work. I cannot believe this. Since he's working out of his car instead of a store, it's impossible to find him since he ignores calls, voicemails and texts. He took my money and ran.

While pondering upgrading my…read moreSamsung Galaxy S22 Ultra to the newest device S25 Ultra I searched on-line for phones and plans. Verizon had a trade in offer of $1000 to upgrade to the newest Galaxy. My old phone was in perfect condition and there were no issues but from my history with phones when things go bad I tend to have to upgrade immediately and they offer very little to no money for non working phones. A representative from this Verizon Wireless location called me. He told me that he saw I was interested in upgrading my phone but was wondering why I had not finalized my decision. He then asked if he could explain my options and walk me through different plans and devices. Thankfully Verizon's website has all the information you need to do everything online and explains everything very well. I truly appreciated the young man's call and if they did not close so early and charge $40 for me to come into the store I would have possibly did my upgrade in store. Either way the location provided excellent service. I strolled online for a few days trying to decide if I wanted my new phone mailed to me, have an associate come to my house and help me set it up for $40, go into the store and have someone do the upgrade also $40 or pickup the phone from the store and do it myself for free. I'm not sure when they started charging customers to come into the store for upgrades but if a phone cost over $1200 everything else should be free. I chose free and decided on having the phone placed in a locker at this Verizon location after I purchased it. I received an email once my phone was ready for pickup. I love that they have a locker pickup option and allowed me to get the phone at my convenience. When I arrived the store was closed. My pickup email gave clear instructions on how to retrieve my purchase from the locker. It was a painless process that took about 3 minutes, my phone and receipt were in a bag inside when I finally opened the locker. Although I did not have face to face contact, this Verizon location exceeded my expectations. I left feeling confident in my purchase and extremely satisfied with the service provided. I will definitely return to this store in the future if I need help with my phone or to purchase accessories.

They left me sitting after buying the best new phone s25 ultra. They instructed me to not touch…read moreyour new or old phone while it transfers. So I did. Over half an hour passed as I sat patiently. I asked where is my salesman. They couldn't find him. He never even started the transfer so someone else gave me instructions to do it myself.
