The Warner Robins Office Depot is the worse Office Depot I have ever dealt with. Three times now, my order has not been ready. I've bought rights for copyrights. An inside shopping experience is normally a great experience. Recently, I ordered an item at the Print counter which normally takes a few weeks to arrive. So far, no response. Today, I decided to call, which turned out to be 15 accumulated minutes on hold, and a waste of time. Really crappy crew here. I needed to pick up a few copies that I ordered online. This should have been a simple grab and go. However I have been standing here for 15 minutes while this rude cashier helps these other folks check out. Not sure why this is taking so long. Highly disappointed with the management of the Warner Robins Office Depot. Wanted to purchase 2-packs of storage boxes which were located on the bottom shelf. The price showed the packs were buy one/get one free. The price was located under the boxes approx 1 inch from the floor. When I went to check out, I was told by the cashier (who did not act like he wanted to be there) that it was an old sale price which had not been pulled. After he went to his so called manager, he returned and said that his manager said it was my responsibility to look at the date on the sale price sticker to see if the sale date was still good. Again, the sale price sticker was approx 1 inch from the floor, and its sale date was in tiny numbers underneath the sale price. I wasn't about to lie down on the floor just to make sure the date was still good. All in all, it was a horrible experience, and I won't be back. I told the cashier to void the sale for all my items which was well over $100. This complaint will also be posted on the Better Business Bureau's website. read more

I make a online order on calendar and when I got in the store the calendar was not binding. I asked them why is it not blinded and they say you do not add it online. The worse! I was here for over 1 1/2 hrs and no progress. The poor new girl (Kandiss) didn't really get much training or something. Every time she called the manager Nalani over she helped 2 secs and walked off; clearly this girl needed more training especially if a customer was asking for a complex print project and was there forever! The other young girl was most helpful but kept trying to help everyone. She was helping once and the manager made her go load some paper. Ummmmm, you can't? I was literally there forever and management could've assisted. However, the manager was walking around like she didn't want to be there. Needless to say, I ended up leaving empty handed after becoming so frustrated. The plan was not to go back. Then I get a call saying my stuff was copyright and they can't print it. I bought the material and was told I could print it but no one asked for the paper or thought to even check while I was in store. That's neither here nor there though because I wasn't going back anyway! Never ever again! read more

1st call for an ink cartridge price I was on hold for almost 10min. so I hung up. 2nd call I was hung up on when being transferred. 3rd call I was quoted an astronomical amount for the cartridge I was shopping for. Not believing this outrageous price ($72.99). I drove far out of my way to see for myself and found the very item I was looking for on the shelf for $12.99. I found it within 1min of entering the store. I don't believe I am being overly critical here. I don't believe you have to be Bill Gates to work at Office Depot either. That's not what this is about. This is about customer service which is the lifeblood of your company especially in this day and age. I do believe the employees should know how to operate the phone system properly. Also, give and accurate price quote on a particular item that took me one minute to locate. And no, the store was not busy at all at 2:45 on a Wednesday afternoon. And no the cashier "A" was not friendly either. Terrible experience all-around and I blame management for their ignorance and laziness. read more
