This place is an absolute joke. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've had…read moreanywhere. The staff is beyond rude--talking down to customers, raising their voices, and acting like you're an inconvenience for simply asking a question. I was treated with zero respect and spoken to in a humiliating way in front of other customers. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you don't want to deal with people, don't work in a customer-facing job--simple as that. We're literally paying for this service, and this is how customers are treated? No accountability, no courtesy, no basic decency. Management needs to step in because this kind of behavior should not be tolerated anywhere. Avoid this location if you can. Save yourself the frustration.

TAX DAY I typically…read moredread walking into a post office. Today started out bad when I went to a post office only to drive around the massive building and find not a single address. There were plenty of mail trucks but no way for a customer to enter the building. I drove over to this location. It did not exist on Yelp but did exist on another search engine. I was taking a deep breath as I walked into a packed post office thinking I would be spending my vacation waiting in a line that wasn't an amusement ride. I was in there for 1 minute when a US post worker said, "How can I help you?" I said, "I need to have these post marked today!" Yes it's tax day and I'm mailing the checks in. She immediately took my two envelopes and asked her co worker..."You have my postmark stamp?" She then got it from her and stamped the envelopes. What? Did I just get a fast pass at the Post Office? I love it! I told the lady thank you. This location had it going on. There was a line for only international mailing. Another line for only customer package pick up. A third lane for general mailing. And the lane where the nice lady helped me. She was more of the customer service desk and she was directing people. She immediately helped me and made sure to thank her for the best Post Office I have ever experienced ever. This may be the only reason I would ever live here again. Unfortunately it's to far for me to drive from Chicago to send my mail but it would also be less of a headache. Thanks again Doral Post Office for making Tax Day easier on me!

I needed to send these home! It was a lot of souvenirs and there was no way I had the bag space. So i asked my next door neighbor to watch for a package to come and take care of it as the package would arrive well before I got home from vacation. I walked into the UPS store. Only one other person was being helped, and one of the employees took care of me. He boxed up my items and wrapped them in bubble wrap for a nominal fee. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes, even with all the stuff I had bought. When I got home, my next door neighbor gave me the package. I made the right choice going to UPS and shipping it home!

Even the post offices that stay open late close by 6 so that was out, FedEx/Kinkos was out because I don't have an extra testicle, which is what it would've cost to ship this heavy box using FedEx, so my only hope was to find a store that ships packages via UPS or USPS. I remember seeing this place along US1 in the plaza where TGI Fridays and Pier 1 Imports are located. I boxed everything up and headed out, hoping they were open (I couldn't remember the name of the place and couldn't find them in the few Google searches I did, so I couldn't call ahead). I arrived just after 9, the "OPEN" sign was still lit, and the door was unlocked. I walked in, thinking that maybe they were supposed to close at 9. I saw 2 people (the owners I think) in the back, and a chain gate was pulled 1/2 way across the hallway between the front of the business and the area where the sales counter is located. I asked if they were still open and pointed toward the "OPEN" sign that was still lit up. The man looked up and said "We close at 7 on weekdays". I asked if he could help me out, and I nicely explained again that I stopped because his open sign was still on. He smiled and said "You can come in". The woman who was working there was friendly and took care of me quickly, and because of their kindness I could relax knowing that these things were shipped before I left the next morning. That's customer service at its best! As far as the store, they sell boxes, tape and packaging products, they can ship via UPS, USPS and FedEx and they also sell stamps. I also believe you can drop items off to them and they will package them up for you and ship them. The next time I need shipping supplies or need to ship items, I'll be coming here for sure; They've earned my business. Come to think of it, I think I'll also send them one of the "You've been Yelped" cards as well!

I'm familiar with Miami Springs and I passed it a few times when I initially started coming. The branch is super small. Smaller than some of the other branches. I usually only come here when a book I am looking for is shelved here; which is very rare. The location near my job usually does the trick for me. Today I had to come for other reasons and actually got the opportunity to just sit and look around. Each time I have come here, it is always clean. The staff is the staff; quiet and will assist you as needed. For the most part they just sit at the counter which is located right in front of the doors. To be a small library they do however have a great selection of books. The last time I came, I was very surprised at the selection of books they have. They also have a great selection of children's books and movies as well. My son and I usually come and check out DVDs for him; that I won't buy. He loves their Thomas the Train movies. I'd advise that you check the hours before coming. They aren't on the same schedule as some of the others. For instance, I know that they are closed on Friday's which is weird; to me. Other than that, I don't think you'd be disappointed depending on what you're looking for. You can always search the system ahead of time and see if they have what you are looking for.

Every other mailbox i have or have had gives a 30 day grace period. Additionally, they have a GIANT banner stating "We'll match any competitors price guaranteed". So I asked about purchasing a box, they said it was $5 (excessive) and I showed a competitors price which was half of theirs and they said oh no we're not going to match that our quality is better. So I said ok what makes it better? She said it's double walled, so I showed her the description of the competitor and sure enough it was the same exact box. She then said ok well we're not going to match that. Search TM Packaging (or any other packaging company) if you're in Miami if you want better prices. This store has a 100%+ markup on competitors. Ridiculous. I will be removing my mailbox after the end of the month.

Almost half the items arrived broken and I IMMEDIATELY contacted Maria and Ricardo the owners, and was assured by them that UPS would be in touch with me. They never claimed at the time I contacted them that I had not requested full coverage. I regularly purchase items at auction and always purchase full coverage for my cost of the items. Many, many weeks went by without a word from UPS or Pakmail Miami and I contacted Maria and Ricardo again to inform that no one from UPS had contacted me (entirely on my own initiative I had sent a complete photographic record of the damages) They emailed me claiming FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME that I had only been covered by insurance for the minimum amount of $100, claiming falsely that I had wanted to save money on insurance and also that too much time had passed and UPS would not consider any claim. ***I NEVER RECEIVED ANY COMPENSATION THAT I WAS ENTITLED TO AS A RESULT OF WHAT I CONSIDER BLANTANT NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF PAKMAIL MIAMI. ***IT IS ALSO MY OPINION, if that isn't clear, THAT THE OWNERS OF PAKMAIL MIAMI ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY! ***All supporting emails are available for review.
