Bad place. I had a 7:50 am appointment to issue my passport. There was no one there, the person arrived at 8:15am, went first to have coffee, was dragging his feet and still thought it was bad when he looked at my ticket with a time of 7:50am, he asked me to sit down and wait, I waited for more than 30 minutes. A person who seems to have no life in that body. If you don't want to work, give a place to other people so many people need a job.

I went in here tonight to send out a package, it's open until 9:00pm. There's lots of parking spots. Inside, is a good clean space with two automated self-serve/APC units. I used one of the self service machines and everything was quick and pretty straightforward. There's lots of pickup times for dropped off mail here, with the last time being 7:30pm during the week and 6:30pm on Saturdays.

There is no one with that signature, you have to find out that there are thieves making deliveries. You can't say you made the delivery without having done it. this is wrong! you have to do something to solve this if not I will look for my rights! This signature is false and does not prove anything. it says that it received F.FIRM and in the signature there is another name. Dishonest company deserves to close its doors, there are only thieves and the USPS does not want to bear the damage since they have thieving employees who steal from working people. naughty company! they say it was delivered but no one received the goods, they forge a signature. dishonest crooks!

They left this with an open, damaged letter..no contact number or claim ticket.

I wanted to say thanks for costing me $9 in supposedly lost mail, not like I'm trying to stay in business or anything.

(Just found this review in drafts & had to post. Clearly I put a LOT effort into it so seems unjust…read moreto not share lol) I just had the WEIRDEST EXPERIENCE EVER at the post office... My building is being tented/fumigated, so I called USPS customer service to give them a heads-up since I was unexpectedly receiving packages that were supposed to come early next week. The lady I spoke with was lovely and super helpful -- she suggested I place a mail hold and pick up my packages on Monday (this was Thursday). I agreed. Later that day, I realized one of the deliveries was a food item that would definitely spoil if it sat on a mail truck all weekend in the Florida sun. I decided to pop into the post office and was thrilled to see barely anyone there (a miracle!). As soon as it was my turn, the woman behind the counter yelled "Next!" without even looking up from her phone where she was actively texting. I approached and explained the situation, saying I'd like to pick up my mail. After looking up my address, she flatly said that if I picked up my mail now, it would cancel the mail hold and regular delivery could restart. I reminded her that my entire building was literally tented and they could not deliver -- I would simply return Monday for the rest. She seemed annoyed and repeated herself. I calmly said I understood, but would just like to pick up whatever was already being held. She exasperatedly turned around and disappeared into the back. After what felt like forever in that FREEZING lobby, she finally returned and told me to "speak with them at the end." I walked down to the other end of the counter and encountered my mailman (who up until that moment, I thought I had a great relationship with!) and another man I assume was the manager (have seen him there before, never in uniform). I said hello. They looked at me and literally said: "Well, what?" Ummm, what?! If you need me to repeat the situation, I will -- but "Well, what?" is highly unprofessional. I again began explaining why I was there. Somehow it turned into them chastising me for not emptying my mailbox often enough. HUH?! I seriously felt like a 13-year-old in the principal's office. While I didn't feel the need to explain a DAMN thing, I started to say (as the mailman very well knows) that my 1920s mailbox isn't exactly built for 2025 levels of mail -- especially during elections when the political junk mail is insane. Before I could even finish, the guy cut me off, saying he "wasn't gonna get into it." He told me if my mailbox is full, then the mailman should stop delivering my mail entirely and bring everything back to the post office -- that it's "not my choice" and "I don't make the rules" -- then turned around and walked away. Seriously, WTF is this man talking about and why is he so butt-hurt about my mailbox? Anyway, that was NOT even what I was there for. It was so bizarre, so rude, and so totally unhelpful. I was left standing there with the mailman, who by now was suddenly acting like the friendly guy I recognized. But at that point, I was DONE. I told him I'd be back tomorrow. Then -- get this -- he suddenly says, "Wait, I actually do have packages for you in my truck! Let me go get them!" WAIT, WHAT?! You had my packages this whole time and let that entire weird exchange happen without saying a word? I was flabbergasted. I just looked at him and said this whole situation felt like the Twilight Zone. I told him, please get ALL my mail off the truck, put it aside, and I'll be back tomorrow. GOOD DAY, SIR. Sheesh... Wish me luck. UPDATE: Returned today & there was still no mail of mine to pick up. The only redeeming factor, the wonderful & super helpful clerk, Mayzara, who was not only incredibly pleasant but went the extra mile of actually calling the mailman on her mobile to ask where my mail was. He didn't answer but it doesn't change the fact that she seems to be the ONLY person here who actually cares about customers. THANK YOU, Mayzara! That star is for you & only you :)

Now sure, there was a line because it was Saturday and it was almost 2 PM in the afternoon. But that didn't stop Corey from delivering excellent customer service and treating everyone before me I can All-Star instead of simply herding people through like cattle. His personal ability and demeanor went very far because the last thing you want to feel the sense of rush when mailing things to either their loved ones are for business purposes I was walk-through through the various options and presented different choices, which ultimately led me saving money, which I did not expect I had a great time here and multiple members of my family. Also have a great time all things considered when visiting this location I would advise it.

I was unable to call the local office or even get someone on the 800 number. I waited 30 minutes and no one ever answered. I took a chance and showed up. Sam looked like he was leaving and on his way home. I explained to him my situation and that my package was gonna be returned to the sender because of insufficient address, no apartment number. I told him it was for a gift for this weekend. He took the time to go inside and find the package for me before it was returned. I want to thank him wholeheartedly. We need more people like you, Sam! TAX DAY I typically…read moredread walking into a post office. Today started out bad when I went to a post office only to drive around the massive building and find not a single address. There were plenty of mail trucks but no way for a customer to enter the building. I drove over to this location. It did not exist on Yelp but did exist on another search engine. I was taking a deep breath as I walked into a packed post office thinking I would be spending my vacation waiting in a line that wasn't an amusement ride. I was in there for 1 minute when a US post worker said, "How can I help you?" I said, "I need to have these post marked today!" Yes it's tax day and I'm mailing the checks in. She immediately took my two envelopes and asked her co worker..."You have my postmark stamp?" She then got it from her and stamped the envelopes. What? Did I just get a fast pass at the Post Office? I love it! I told the lady thank you. This location had it going on. There was a line for only international mailing. Another line for only customer package pick up. A third lane for general mailing. And the lane where the nice lady helped me. She was more of the customer service desk and she was directing people. She immediately helped me and made sure to thank her for the best Post Office I have ever experienced ever. This may be the only reason I would ever live here again. Unfortunately it's to far for me to drive from Chicago to send my mail but it would also be less of a headache. Thanks again Doral Post Office for making Tax Day easier on me!
