When it came to my turn I asked if I could post his photo on a view. He was delighted and appreciative and gave me his name. Stopped in here recently to send out some mail. I was surprised by how large this location is! I…read morewas immediately greeted as I approached the counter by an employee named EJ and he asked me if he could help with anything. I told him I was shipping a letter via two day priority mail and he went out of his way to get the appropriate envelope behind the counter and put my letter into it himself! Usually at post offices, they'll just point you over in the general direction of all the assorted envelopes and have you do it yourself. Because of him assisting with this, I was in and out very quickly! A huge plus with my two kids in tow. Another patron entered as I was finishing up and the other employee who was working jumped right up to help him too. Great service! And the establishment was kept very clean as well.

However my experience there this morning wasn't good. Not familiar with the location I wasn't sure if they prefer prepaid/ labeled packages given to them directly at the windows....or if they have a bin to drop them in. So I decided to ask and got in line. The 2 clerks who were obviously having some type of amusing conversation among themselves at the time both shot me looks from....well, you know where. The way they answered me was beyond condescending... very uncomfortable to say the least. So much so that I just pushed my packages thru the plexiglass and walked out. There is absolutely no need to treat a customer this way! And I hope these juveniles don't decide to drop the packages in a circular file....so I WILL be tracking them.... This is the second time that we are expecting important packages for a business and we got a notice from Amazon saying that you said we were closed when we open every Saturday from 7 to 5 PM. Get your lazy ass out of that delivery truck and do your job. You didn't even come around here today. We have been literally waiting for you to show up because those packages were extremely important. For once, I can't wait for Monday morning to come so I can be at your door. Better get ready. For the second time in a row you made us lose clients. Expecting something like this, this morning at 6:30 AM, we even put a note in the mailbox that said to deliver the packages. That we are open. The window is closed from 1pm to 2pm, otherwise you can do all the usual post office business from 8:30-5:00 Monday through Friday and until noon on Saturdays.. The lobby is open for access to post office boxes from 8:00 to 5:00 M-F and until noon on Saturdays. The woman who usually works here, Donna, is worth her weight in gold. Usually alone, she handles a line of people with patience and great composure. I just returned from the post office and since it is less than a week before Christmas there are a lot of people there mailing packages. Whether needing assistance with zip codes, mailing prices, shipping times or even money orders, Donna can help you out. Well done USPS.
