On their website it states walk-in accepted without any cut off times and she refused passport service. She stated they ended at 2:30pm. There was no one in the office but us. We got there at 3:30pm. She had enough time but was lazy to do it. Yes she was the only employee there but it's the way she communicated that was disgusting. Would never return to that office. If you go to their reviews and you can see this has been an issue for years.
